Our client, a Conglomerate in Hong Kong is seeking a HR Business Partner drive the full breadth of HR activities.
 
You’ll be the person staff look to for guidance and could be advising on employee relations, policy, procedure or any other HR matters. 
 
To provide coaching to senior leaders and being one of the management team.
 
There will be share service team to provide you service on Talent Acquisition, Staff Development and Benefits/Payroll, HRIS, engagement, etc.
 
You will be the owner of major projects and to lead to resolution. 
 
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in business administration, HR, psychology, social science or other relevant subjects
  • All-rounded HR professional, currently Assistant HR Manager or HRBP.
  • Experience in C&B, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Administration, Labor Ordinance, etc.
  • PRC exposure
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Written & Spoken)
