Our client, a European skincare brand, is looking for a Marketing Manager, a Head Of Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager.

Focusing on the Hong Kong market though, it offers international exposure to candidate with potential to be a well-rounded FMCG on management position.

To apply, you need to be in the FMCG business for at least 10 years and is currently an Assistant Marketing Manager with solid leadership responsibilities.


 

Responsibilities:
• To lead a team of well experienced marketing professionals to manage the category by giving insight, direction, leadership, training and support.
• To participate in brand and develop marketing plans, digital marketing, branding initiatives.
• To work with sales team and trade marketing team to produce the best sales results, advertising & promotion execution.
• To communicate with senior management / global headquarter to produce the best strategy for local market.


Requirements:
• Degree holder in any discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG, such as personal care, beauty, food & beverage, household products, cosmetics or others.
• Experience in managing a product brand, solid experience in developing and formulating digital, ATL, BTL, Consumer Research.

You will:
