Our client, a US Consumer Health Care Brand is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to head up a new division of Retail Marketing.

This is a new position designed for Retail Marketing / Trade marketing / Key Account Professional from FMCG / Retail / Consumer Health to head up this position.

Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with drug stores / heath care retailers to develop campaign that promotes traffic and business. 
  • To study retailers’ insight and consumer data in order to develop and support campaign that promotes both branding and business. 

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of mixed experience in Key Account / Trade Marketing / Branding / Marketing experience from FMCG.
  • Solid experience with retailers such as drug stores, optical / eyewear shops, supermarket, etc.
  • Able to establish close relationship with retailers in order to gain business insight from retailers.
  • University degree from any discipline
  • Fluency in Chinee and English.

600K – 680K per annual

Senior Brand Manager –European Consumer Health Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a No. 1  European Consumer brand, is inviting a Senior Brand Manager to independently manage and lead a Consumer Product for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and partner with sales team, trade marketing team and digital team.

You will author the marketing plan and strategy.  You will drive as the pilot market in Asia.

This is a up and coming consumer product you will gain autonomy and satisfaction and make a mark in the Hong Kong market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage New Product and Program Launches
  • Participate in marketing development and strategy development.
  • Guide Launch Unit Development
  • Determine product mix to feature on unit and provide creative input on platform design. Provide design direction for Creative Brief. Develop Category
  • Evaluate category and competitive performance on an ongoing basis. Perform annual Category and Competitive reviews to identify opportunities.
  • Product Development to create concepts for new products based on findings.
  • Pricing Strategy
  • Analyze competitive pricing. Evaluate brand pricing annually and make recommendations.
  • Develop new programs that are both strategically and creatively compelling. Ensure timely offering and communication of programs.
  • Supports the Head of Marketing in 'side by side' development and evaluation.
  • Work with forecasting to measure forecasts against previous season and annual goals.
  • To drive this process through the Advertising Agency Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Marketing experience for a global consumer brand such as OTC, food, beverage, personal care, household products for at least 7 years of FMCG experience in Hong Kong. 
  • Hands-on / management experience on ATL, BTL, PR and such.
  • Strong leadership, communication and willing to take challenge.
  • Advantage is given to marketing professionals from any skin care / persona care / beauty brand.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

900K – 1.1M  per annual

Marketing Intelligence Manager – Global Beauty Brand

Our client a global beauty brand is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Manager to head the Market Intelligence and Research Team for the Hong Kong Beauty business.

This is a global brand that takes the stage in Asia and fans of many female consumers.

You will:

  • Drive and manage the team to design and implement the overall data analytics framework, that is able to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Define and execute the overall data management and analytics strategy including data governance, management, modeling and segmentation
  • Drive synergy of data across different brands such as the loyalty
  • Responsible to provide consulting for marketing teams on topics such as: strategic portfolio issues, category growth trends, global trend analysis, competitive landscape, and market mapping.
  • Lead, synthesize and present strategic and tactical actionable insights/opportunities from a wide variety of sources
  • Lead development of analysis and research with clear actionable insights and recommendations. Create analysis and visualizations of key insights using large data sources
  • Propose and formulize research projects to address key business opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Quantitative Analysis, or related fields is highly preferable
  • At least 8 years of  hands-on experience on consumer data analysis, data extraction and customer segmentation from retail industry
  • Knowledge in Big data and data warehousing, Campaign management / marketing automation, Promotion tracking and reporting (including control groups), Quantitative and Qualitative market
  • Solid knowledge in SAS / SPSS / SQL / R / script automation programming
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an advantage
  • Team management experience.
