Senior Customer Service Manager (VIP) – Shopping Property Management

Hong Kong

Our client, a major Property and Hotel Management Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead the customer and Concierge Services team for a luxurious property in Hong Kong. 

The incumbent will lead a team of Concierge Services Supervisors and Representatives to provide premier customer services in the shopping malls and VIP club to ensure the total satisfaction of, shopper and diners.


  • To take the lead to formulate customer service policies, procedures and direction in the customer service.
  • To provide supervision to the team, identify room for improvement.
  • To conduct ongoing training of the team to increase job knowledge and skill level.
  • Train, supervise and oversee the management of the customer service team
  • To monitor the team to handles complaints, settling disputes, or otherwise negotiating with others.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and business objectives are met.
  • To lead the VIP program and manage team to provide excellent service to the VIP.


  • Degree holder of any discipline.
  • 8 year and above of frontline experience from shopping mall, property management or hotel.  At least 4 years of managerial position.
  • Preference is given to Front Desk Manager, Concierge Manager and Customer Service Manager.
  • Service orientation.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled at establishing effective relationships with customers and internal partners; promoting openness, trust and confidence in one's intentions.
  • Fluent in written English and Chinese
  • Must be highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment. 
  • May work on holidays.

500K – 600K per annual

You will be part of the team to take the mobile customers in Hong Kong to experience a brand new customer journey.

This new position created to cater the massive response from the market.  


  • To manage a team of Customer Operation Professionals to understand and map the end to end journey 
  • Collaborating with the Brand and Digital team in to provide significant input into decisions that shape user experience, optimization plans and digital design, while delivering Omnichannel content and experience strategy. 
  • Assess and optimize the mobile and web customer journey to ensure best-in-class user experience across channels and devices.
  • Establish and lead website and mobile optimization including content personalization and product recommendations.
  • With support from the data analytic team to analyze and prioritize customer segments, journey and opportunity areas


  • At least 10 years of Customer Journey, Customer Success, Operation experience from telecom carrier, mobile operators, online business such as consumer electronics, mobile, PC, lifestyle tech, traveling, hospitality, start-up, etc.
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience managing website, mobile, social media content, online and customer experience, call center Proven ability to lead, manage and coach teams.

Annual salary: 800K – 1M per annual

This opportunity offers opportunity for CRM Program and Marketing Professional to leadership, drive membership program, and data analytic. 


  • To manage a team to pilot membership program, to develop strategy and direction that reward members for retention.
  • To optimize the membership program to stimulate potential customers’ spending and to increase new member acquisition.
  • Author data analytics and customer insights to pinpoint new marketing opportunities for operational, marketing content, marketing contact and promotional strategies.
