Regional Customer Service Manager - US Medical Device

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Medical Device Company with strong market share in the Aesthetic Industry, is seeking a Regional Customer Service Manager.
 
This a newly created position to provider leadership to the region to:
 
Develop and implement processes for services
 
This position establishes and maintains infrastructure that provides subordinates with the training, knowledge, and resources to deliver superior services with timely and effective responses to internal as well as external customer requests for products, services, and information.
 
 
You will
  • Build and manage a team of Sales Operation Officers across the APAC region to drive:
  • Sales Ordering, Demo Inventory Management, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Document and improve processes and procedures;
  • Update/modify SOP and Work Instructions to streamline/improve and find ways to increase process efficiencies.
  • Design training for the team
  • Develop metrics to evaluate department performance
  • Drive for order fulfillment to satisfy requirements of SOX rules, auditors, finance, and legal departments.
  • Lead team to produce analysis on customer call volumes and workflows to ensure timely and effective responses to meet customer expectations and KPI
  • To partner with other team:  Commercial teams, Supply Chain, Product Service and Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, End User Customers and Distributor Partners to ensure smooth daily internal and external operations
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.  
  • At least 8 years of Customer Service, Supply China, Sales Operations from medical device, aesthetics, electronic industry with APAC exposure.
  • healthcare or medical device multinational company
  • Team management experience is a must.
  • Experience with Sales Force is a strong advantage.

Brand Manager – US Listed Healthcare Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Listed Healthcare brand is seeking for a Coronary Brand Manager.  
 
You will lead  the creation and development of effective marketing strategies to maximise profitability, market share and sales, and delivering execution
 This individual will oversee 360 marketing initiatives and programs from concept through an execution approach, with full ownership of brand marketing spend.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Report to the Head  Of Sales & Marketing,  to analyze customer and market data, develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide scientific and nutritional information and work closely with marketing team to develop ethical marketing program
  • Monitor competitive products in the market. Provides input for marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with ethical sales team and CRM team to deliver credible presentation / education to HCP, business partner and customer whenever necessary
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure internal product training, competitive landscape assessment along with messaging and positioning, materials development, and internal excitement campaigns to support the field sales force are executed. Oversee day-to-day activities supporting the field sales force.
 
You are:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Good understanding of the healthcare environment as well as healthcare sales and marketing processes
  • Prior marketing experience, including working with Advertising/creative agencies
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as superb organisation and planning abilities

Our client,  a listed US Consumer Health Brand with long history in the Hong Kong Market, is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager to join the APAC Supply Chain Team.

 

This is a new position.

 

 

You will
 
  • Lead and work with the APAC Supply Chain team on projects to mitigate supply risks and transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, or GSP regulations requirements in different markets and regional alignment.
  • Oversee supply planning, logistics, artwork, invoicing, import/export processes, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address common issues across the APAC market.
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures

  • Quality Control
 
You are:
 
  • Degree holder in engineering, business administration, science, etc.
  • Minimum of 8 years of management supply chain experience in a regional scope.

  • Preference is given to personal healthcare brands, pharmaceuticals, medical devices.
  • Transformation experience is a strong advantage.
