Senior Human Resources Officer – European Company

Hong Kong

Our client, a European MNC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to join the Human Resources Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible to work with outsourced payroll of Hong Kong’s operation with around 100 staff.
  • To work closely with the Head of Human Resources and provide all round support such as HR strategy, C&B, recruitment, HR policy making, etc.
  • Main driver in recruitment arrangement, new hires, staff enquires, etc.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or Degree holder in any discipline, preferences is given to human resources business administration or social science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR particularly in payroll
  • Desire to go into the stream of compensation and benefit gain other exposure in Human Resources
  • 1 year contract but with chances to for renewal. 
  • Excellent opportunity for HR Assistant / HR Officer to join a European Company and gain strong HR exposure in a MNC environment.

300K – 350K per annaul

Sales Operation Manager / Business Analyst– Technology Company

Our client, a No. 1 Information Technology Company is seeking a Business Analyst to assist the Head Of Sales to form business strategy and support to lead the sales operation.

Drive and develop strategy for sales, marketing and business development team.

Formulate and pilot budget for sales and marketing department.

To work with Head Of Sales on piloting sales incentive and help sales team to achieve targets by formulating impactful commission scheme.

Produce insightful strategic analysis and business review.

Beyond formulating strategy, may have opportunity to team sales / customer service team for candidates desire to move up to management.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, finance, accounting, etc.

Sales Manager – General Trade Global FMCG Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global Food & Beverage brand is seeking a Sales Manager (General Trade) to lead the General Trade Business through partnering, managing and guiding distributors. 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the General Trade Sales Team
  • To partner with distributors on all General Trade / Open Trade Accounts (local drug stores) for Hong Kong market.
  • To act as the head and coach of the sales team from the distributors, for monitoring their performance including call route optimization, sales target setting, sales achievement tracking & coaching joint call.

Requirements:
