- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to sustain and grow the business through all digital marketing platforms and initiatives - i.e. google analytics, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, social media (organic & paid), influencers/bloggers, search engine optimization (SEO), CRM/email, acquisition, online marketing partnerships, third party retailer sites, etc
- To develop and execute online/multi-channel digital marketing plans and initiatives for the e-commerce site based on overall brand strategy and ROI; and support online third party retailer sites.

- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in related field
- At least 3 years of experience from digital marketing or Cross Border position: in-house or digital agency. Particularly experience in beauty, personal care, infant formula, nutritional products, etc.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) competence is essential
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Digital Platforms (i.e, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Google Analytics) Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Able to multi-task numerous projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proactive, results-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized
