Legal Manager - No. 1 World Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

Our client is a world-leading consumer brand with consumer technology product lines and significant annual sales.

You will take a lead role in implementing legal strategy to support the Hong Kong business.

Responsibilities

  • As the legal counsel of the company, to provide advice for corporate and brand categories
  • Checking marketing and sales collateral for potential legal issues
  • Undertaking contract-related tasks, litigation/dispute resolution matters, etc.
  • Conducting in-house compliance training
  • As the forerunner of the company, to watchtower changes of legislation as well as law enforcement status.  To provide review and update regularly.
  • To work with Head of Legal from PRC on regional projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Law from a first tier HK university,
  • At least 5 years of corporate legal role from MNC, preferably technology, consumer related industry.  Experience from law firm is also considered.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • PCLL is an advantage.

 

500K – 560K per annual

Demand Planner – European Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a European Consumer Brand is seeking a Demand Planner to join the Logistics Team.

A 12-month contract position and is renewable.

You will be part of the team to provide strong support to plants from around the globe, 3rd party logistics provider, and internal teams. 

Formulate demand plans review, forecast and trends, inventory status & quality, stock analysis & arrangement for customer promotion, exciting marketing campaigns and new product launches. 

You will partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer delivery.  Act as an expert to give recommendations on any risks or stock levels. 

Opportunity to drive ad hoc projects. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain, logistics, statistics, mathematics, engineer, and other relevant subjects.
  • At least 2 years of Demand/Supply Planning experience in consumer products and retail brands.
  • Passion to team up with others and enjoy team work
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Written and spoken)
  • Advantage is given to immediate available candidate.

Associate Call Center Manager – Global Consumer Health Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a global Consumer Health Brand is seeking an Associate Call Center Manager to lead and manage the Call Center operation and provide training.

This is a European Consumer Health Brand with Customer Care / Hotline Support to help existing and potential customers on product information and supports.

Although it is a one-year contract, good chances for renewal / permanent position. 

We are looking for customer focused accountable, efficient and engaged professionals who is a leader to guide a team to service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run an outsourced Call Centre, supervise agents to handle all consumer enquiries. Channels: in bound calls, e mail, live chat, etc.
  • Develop efficient and motivating training through positive communication and feedback
  • Developing a strong sustainable team by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining talent 
  • Motivates diverse teams by exemplifying the company vision, mission, values, and culture 
  • Drive data / record management, complaints, investigation,
  • Exciting ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.  However, nutrition / science is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of Call Center Management experience, particularly from consumer health, insurance, telecommunication, etc.
  • Ability to identify performance inequities, training needs and develop and deliver documented plans to achieve and exceed goals
  • Experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken).

Candidate with less experience may be also considered.

400K – 450K per annual + Gratuity

Senior Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in HR services to business units including talent acquisition, employee relations, retention and performance management
  • Foster professional business partners, by understanding staffing requirement, identifying the best talent solutions and drive staff development project.  Aim to help business units on business objectives as a HR professional.
  • Partner to formulate employer branding, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Proactively provide HR solutions to department head and employees.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in business administration, psychology, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in particularly in talent acquisition or HR business partnering.  Advantage is given to experience from retail, fashion, beauty and manufacturing.

Senior Human Resources Officer - Generalist

Reporting to the Human Resources Team Head, you will help the organizational capability for specific business units.  

You will be part of the Generalist Team to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Leader on execution of people planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
