Our client, a Beverage Company with a Strong Portfolio of Beverages, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the Trade Marketing Team.  

As the marketing leader in beverage market, this company provides a stable environment with great prospect.


 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop trade marketing activities for key chains, and general trade.
  • To analyze sales data (data from research agencies) and indicate potential opportunities and develop marketing strategy
  • To develop promotion plan & programs, specifically for targeted customers
  • To provide space management presentation, and solution for gain volume and share objectives
  • To establish professional relationship with key accounts.
  • May manage a small team for candidate who has team management experience.


Requirements:

  • University graduate.  Preference is given to business administration and statistics
  • At least 6 years of trade marketing / category management / key account / sales experience in FMCG
  • Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office and communication skills
  • Excellent English and Chinese
  • Key Account background and wishes to change job is welcome to apply
  • For candidate who has less experience, Assistant Trade Marketing is also considered


580K – 670K per annual

Key Account Manager - Global Beverage Brand

Our client, a global Beverage Brand is inviting a Key Account Manager to lead an individual key chain: supermarket / CVS in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Part of an account owner of a major key chain, set strategic Direction
  • Closely work with Senior management of designated accounts and ensure appropriate contact with relevant Resources are being carried out
  • Work closely with trade marketing team and marketing team to leverage shopper insights and build them in Trade activation and Marketing Plans
  • To build robust forecast plans to impact business for the chains
  • Ensure all Existing products and New products get appropriate shelf space minimizing out of stock

You will:

  • Manage a team of 10: Management Accounting, AR/AP, Consolidation & Reporting, Credit Control, Taxation, internal control, etc.
  • To provide insightful management accounting / financial analysis for senior management decision making.
  • Maintain effective internal control and compliance with rules and regulations
  • AR and AP operation plus credit control assessment
  • Driver of internal control and compliance
  • Change management: to provide expertise and advices on enhancement and process changes
  • To partner with Tax Advisers on tax issues.

Our client, a Beverage Company in Hong Kong is seeking an Ecommerce/Consumer Engagement Manager

This is a No. 1 Beverage company in Hong Kong in Beer and Alcoholic Brands.

This is a team management position to drive eCommerce, digital marketing and Consumer Engagement.


 

You will:

  • Set and deliver roadmaps encompassing digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, online tools and ensure brands have the best consumer focused digital comms and loyalty building programs.
  • Plan and execute the digital channels to achieve best-in-class 360-degree marketing campaigns, drive-to-store and brand awareness campaigns
  • Build & execute a roadmap for CRM - maximising owned channels with a core focus on activation, acquisition, driving growth and revenue.
  • Conceptualise, manage and execute the brand’s loyalty program and activity calendar


You are:

  • Minimum 8 years Digital marketing experience within with FMCG brands from similar categories (food, drink, retail, ecommerce)
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • Solid experience in eCommerce and CRM.
  • Be highly fluent in CRM & digital analytics , with direct experience in working with key consumer metrics; retention, frequency & spend & be able to show how you have positively impacted these during your career.
  • Have a proven track record working with a variety of CRM programmes which target new, existing and loyal customers.
  • Proven experience in launching commercially successful CRM programmes
  • End-to-end email campaign experience from brief, email build, segmentation through to deployment.
  • Understanding segmentation and profiling of customer databases to create targeted campaigns which are constantly monitored and adapted as required to drive brand engagement, loyalty, revenue and retention.


You will directly report to the managing director and enjoy high level of autonomy.

Annual Salary: 800K
