Our client, a US Listed Medical Company is seeking a Product Executive to drive medical devices market share among public hospitals

You will promote this famous device brand to the medical professional community.

Our client is a US-headquartered Medical Device manufacturer with a marketing leading device / surgical division.

To continue to meet and exceed sales forecasts we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a skilled and experienced medical sales specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the financial output of the region
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
  •  Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers
  • Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of sales success within Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical products
  • Education to a minimum of bachelors level, ideally within a life science or business-related function
  • Proven ability to influence high-level purchasing decisions and manage relationships effectively.

You will:

  • Degree holder in business administration, statistics, mathematics or others.
  • At least 7 years of CRM experience from any consumer products, retail organization, industry or others.

  • Highly ambitious and driven consumer healthcare marketing professional who has prior experience managing CRM, email and loyalty programs across multiple channels of distribution. 
  •  
  • You will be well versed in building and evolving engagement programs that have proven to grow loyalty and increase profit. 
  •  
  • Analytical and results driven,  able to navigate retail CRM systems in order to gain valuable insight into customer acquisition, retention and segmentation.
  •

Assistant Financial Accounting Manager – Global Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a global based personal and healthcare brand, is seeking an Assistant Financial Accounting Manager to drive the financial accounting for the operation in Hong Kong. 

You will drive:

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
  • You will manage accounting and taxation: particularly daily accounting matters, financial reporting, group reporting, consolidation, taxation and treasury function.
  • Partner with external auditors and tax consultants: taxation computation, tax filing, Country By Country Reporting and transfer pricing matter.
  • Familiar with US GAAP/IFRS, J-Sox and corporate policies and procedures.

You are:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, business administration or others.
  • Qualified Accountant
  • At least 4 years of financial accounting experience, preferably from consumer brands.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles/practices, HK/IFRS, GAAP, etc.
  • Managerial experience.

You will need to:
 
  • Lead small-scale fundraising programs and support on project, volunteer and event management

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, agile, ability to work independently, multi-task and work efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in social media tools, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management
  • Knowledge in Sales Force and Campaign Monitor is a plus
  • Flexible to work over time, or work in weekends and public holidays as required
