Regional Business Controller - European Beauty Brand

Our client, a European Luxury Retail Brand is inviting a Regional Business Controller, as the finance partner to the General Manager, together, you will manage and optimize distributors’ performance.  

As the financial expert, you will provide business analysis, planning, financial advice in order to maximize business.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the General Manger and manage retail distributors in Asia.
  • Act as the financial advisor to provide high quality financial analysis and reporting and advices.  You will work closely with distributors on business performance, identifying potential opportunity from financial perspective and giving useful leadership and advices to distributors.
  • To drive the formation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts
  • To work with Head Quarter and Regional Financial Director Support Regional Controller

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or finance analyst. 
  • Solid experience in consolidation & analysis of financial statements
  • Preference is given to candidates have retail exposure and interest to develop career in global consumer brand.
  • Regional exposure
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).  Mandarin is an advantage. 
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.

380K – 500K per annual

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the concierge team on daily operations.

  • To develop and provide training to the team.
  • To author and implement quality procedures, standards and specifications, and customer service policies and procedures on : customers / tourists / tenants' enquiries and promotion / redemption, etc.

Requirement

  • Degree holder in tourism, hospitality, and others.
