Area Manager – European Fashion Accessories

Hong Kong

Have strong presence around the globe, a Prestigious European Fashion Accessories, with retail chain in Asia Pacific, is inviting an experienced Area Manager to lead, mange and oversee a number of store operation for Hong Kong. You will be responsible to manage a large team of retail staff.

To apply, you must have at least 10 years of retail experience, particularly in the lifestyle fashion, accessories, eyewear, beauty, skincare, retail, consumer products.  

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the General Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage a team of very experienced and stable frontline staff with the help from the shop-in-charge.   
  • Maintain global standard customer service and to increase sales.
  • To develop motivation plan for sales staff.
  • To ensure retail operations complying to headquarter standards.
  • To work closely with management and Head Quarter to reflect marketing situation in Hong Kong.

Requirements: 

  • University degree is an advantage.
  • At least 8 years of retail experience with a European Fashion Label.
  • Have solid experience in managing the retail operation with 30 retail staff or above.
  • Strong in formulating sales strategy, investigating training needs, current customer needs.
  • Advantage is given to experienced boutique manager and District Manager from any global brand.

Senior HR Officer – HRIS

Hong Kong

Our client, a luxury retailer with strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Senior HR Officer – HRIS.

It is a great opportunity for HR professional with HRIS background to join a large organization to take lead in the HRIS, working with other teams and the external vendor on constantly improving the HR system.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager (C&B),
  • To act as a consultant to internal HR team on HRIS, translate the requirements to the IT Team and External Vendor on HRIS development, implementation and maintenance and other HR-related systems
  • To assist the HR Team on HRIS enhancement and implementation and provide administration support to C&B Team

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Computer Studies or related discipline,
  • Solid experience in HRIS implementation, system upgrade, compensation and benefits, HRIS management and administration, preferably in retail industry background.
  • MS office applications and database management.

300K – 340K per annual

Responsibilities:

  • You will take lead to develop joint program with other partners (retailers, credit cards or others with potential business opportunity) to form promotion and retail projects to promote brand as consumer’s number 1 choice. 
  • May be given managerial responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience to form partnership with other corporates such as retailers, consumer technology brands, credit cards / retail banks, etc.
  • Another major responsibility is communication: To monitor and develop PR initiatives and launch new product events.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience with any consumer products, electronics, technology products, mobile devices, home appliances, fast moving goods, etc.
