Assistant Digital Marketing/Cross Border Manager – No. 1 US Listed Healthcare Brand

Our client, a US Listed Healthcare brand, is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing/Cross Border Manager to head up the digital initiative for this Market No. 1 Brand.
 
This position will work with the manager to assist in developing & executing online/multi-channel marketing plans and support the day-to-day monitoring & management of the various digital channels that support overall brand strategy, provide return on investment and drive profitable growth
 
 
You will:

 

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to sustain and grow the business through all digital marketing platforms and initiatives - i.e. google analytics, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, social media (organic & paid), influencers/bloggers, search engine optimization (SEO), CRM/email, acquisition, online marketing partnerships, third party retailer sites, etc
  •  
  • To develop and execute online/multi-channel digital marketing plans and initiatives for the e-commerce site based on overall brand strategy and ROI; and support online third party retailer sites.
  •  
  • Provide analysis/recommendations for optimization on the various digital marketing channel programs
  •  
  • This includes researching and reviewing influencer/blogger partnerships and outreach opportunities, as well as, tracking placements/coverage results
 
You are:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in related field
  • At least 3 years of experience from digital marketing or Cross Border position: in-house or digital agency.  Particularly experience in beauty, personal care, infant formula, nutritional products, etc.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) competence is essential
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Digital Platforms (i.e, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Google Analytics) Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Able to multi-task numerous projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proactive, results-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized
 
600K – 650K per annual

You will:

  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling, omnichannel digital content to effectively communicate the brand's messaging

You are:

This is a strategic position to develop a major market player and report to the Managing Director.
 
You will:
  • Develop new products and identify business opportunities.  Develop market analysis, forecast and business strategies.
  • Partner with advertising agencies, international marketing team, sales, etc to formulate advertising and promotion programs.  
  • With sales team support, remain close relationship with key clients in order to collect market intelligence.
  • Formulate tactics  and on-field trade program to valuate performance.

  • Degree in business administration, preferably in marketing or science, preferably biology or chemistry.
