Regional Assistant Marketing Manager, China – US Skin Care Brand, Male Market

Hong Kong

Having strong presence in Asia, our client, a US Skin Care Brand, targeting the male market, is inviting a Regional Assistant Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for China, Korea and Japan.

This brand has strong digital presence, so you will author and launch the digital marketing plan for the region.

You must be familiar with a breadth of digital channels, particularly for China, Korea and Japan.  able to develop an integrated digital strategy, and drive actions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a self-starter, with a lot of ambition and proven expertise - having lots of examples under your belt where you have delivered a step change for your brands.
  • You will manage and develop strategy and drive growth across a portfolio of brands.
  • To independently handle key markets in Asia: China, Korea and Japan.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration or other discipline.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience
  • Brand experience in personal care/hair care/beauty/skincare/ or beauty categories.
  • Solid digital marketing, advertising and media planning experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; consumer insights. Strong financial skills and commercially aware and connected to the Asia retail landscape.
  • Develop global digital marketing strategies, including plans and how to measure & optimize, in partnership with the product marketing and local sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage a small team of corporate communication professionals
  • To develop corporate communication and strategy to manage internal and external stakeholders. To enhance professional relationship with stakeholders and to achieve defined results: deliver market-leading high impact campaigns including branding, media relations (brochures, websites, eCRM, CGIs, marketing suites, advertising, films, etc.)
  • Working with the Marketing and Communications Director to design, deliver and evaluate the success of marketing activities.
