  • Job Title: Senior HR Officer – HRIS

Our client, a luxury retailer with strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Senior HR Officer – HRIS.

It is a great opportunity for HR professional with HRIS background to join a large organization to take lead in the HRIS, working with other teams and the external vendor on constantly improving the HR system.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager (C&B),
  • To act as a consultant to internal HR team on HRIS, translate the requirements to the IT Team and External Vendor on HRIS development, implementation and maintenance and other HR-related systems
  • To assist the HR Team on HRIS enhancement and implementation and provide administration support to C&B Team

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Computer Studies or related discipline,
  • Solid experience in HRIS implementation, system upgrade, compensation and benefits, HRIS management and administration, preferably in retail industry background.
  • MS office applications and database management.

300K – 340K per annual
