Sales Operation Manager – US Listed Personal Medical Brand

Our client, a US Personal Medical Brand is seeking a Sales Operation Manager. 

This company is a Market No.1 in OTC and Personal Care Brand with a strong sales team connected to drug stores in Hong Kong. 

This position is to supervise a team of Customer Service and Sales Support Representatives on sales ordering, administration, customer service and sales analysis.

 

You will:

  • To manage a team 4-7 customer service representatives to take sales order and service drug stores in Hong Kong (chain stores and local individual stores)
  • To provide customer service, sales support and such for retailers customers.
  • To capture sales data to provide analysis on effectiveness, sales report, sources, etc.

You are:

  • Degree in any discipline is a strong advantage.
  • Have been on team lead role with any consumer products: OTC, vision care, infant formula, personal care, Food & Beverage, etc. 
  • Solid experience in sales ordering system, customer service management, CRM,
  • Strong analytical skills in sales analysis, experience to produce sales report and analysis.

This is a stable company with a long-time servicing team.

Our client a Fashion Manufacturer with presence all over Asia and markets around the globe is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Excellence Manager to be part of the Manufacturing Excellence Team.

This fashion manufacturer with presence worldwide has topnotch technology (robotic) and stable market from USA and Europe.

If you have at least 4 years of relevant experience and familiar with Lean / Six Sigma and ability to apply them, this will be your advantage.

You will:

  • To co-pilot and carry out Continuous Improvement to advance the business resulting in cost and/or quality improvements: root cause analysis, solution set development, implementation and corrective action plans
  • To identify, provide analysis, recommendations for improvement, reporting, and technical support to the manufacturing teams to help develop, coach and to work on projects at their regional facilities in order to make improvements to operational performance, product quality, and processes.

You are:

  • Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering or relevant subject.
  • At least 4 of manufacturing excellence experience.  Strong advantage give to Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing exposure.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken)

You will:
