Product Manager – A US Nutrition Brand

Our client, a US Nutrition brand name, is inviting a Product Manager to lead and drive the marketing direction of the brand for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and work with a small team of marketing professionals to formulate and develop marketing initiatives.

Exposure:  Digital Marketing, ATL, BTL, PR Events, in-store promotion, product development and such.

Work with an experienced FMCG marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Marketing experience from food & beverage, health, personal care, OTC, infant formula products for at least 4 years (Hong Kong market).
  • Mixed experience in digital, branding and trade marketing.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Regional IT Manager - US Medical Device

Hong Kong

Our client, US Medical Brand, which just opens a Regional Hub in Hong Kong, is seeking a Regional IT Manager to drive the IT operation for around 10 offices in APAC.
 
This is a new position with a reporting line from Europe to head up the IT Operations covering finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing and engineering for the famous medical devices.
 
This is a new position with a high level of autonomy and you will pioneer in the technology landscape.
 
 
You will:
  • As the Head of IT in APAC, you will provide technical support for all regional IT infrastructure systems in terms of system operation activities, service management initiatives. 
  • In charge to ensure availability and adequate performance of all IT Infrastructure capabilities in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
  • Lead and manage IT vendors and global teams to ensure adequate end user support is provided.
  • Work with the management team to provide technology strategy and direction. 
  • Partner with global team on world-wide initiatives and represents APAC lead.
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in computer, science, engineer, mathematics.
  • Minimum 8 years of regional IT operation experience, preferably 2nd person in charge.
  • Industry experience: medical device, aesthetic devices, pharmaceutical, engineer, health-related products, etc.
  • A good leader with solid expertise in IT and ability to work with senior management from different regions
  • Experience in managing IT vendors.
 
Technical expertise in:
  • Proven experience working on ITSM models with experience in ITIL and ServiceNow as a platform.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Cloud Computing experience (Azure or others)
  • Basic understanding of all components of Corporate IT Infrastructure (Cloud, Compute, Network, Storage, Telephony, IDAM, including Active Directory and Modern IT Security management, Backup and Disaster Recovery standards)
 
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.

Senior Sales Manager – US Listed Pharmaceutical Company - Rapid Test

Our client, a US Listed Pharmaceutical Brand a major player, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the Rapid Test Sales for the Hong Kong Market.

You will lead a small team of Sales Professionals to manage the current distributor to promote and provide these brands to public and private hospitals in Hong Kong.


 

You will:

  • Build executive level relationships in assigned accounts (hospitals management)
  • Engage, coach and partner with your sales team, distributors, internal and external stakeholders to develop customer led solutions and services that build channels and relationships
  • Drive and negotiate complex business and high value-based Managed Service contracts in partnership with distributors
  • Produced solution strategy and thought leadership based on knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of the competition
  • Build value and deliver collaborative long term contracts that support innovation, profitable growth and market expansion
  • Lead and negotiation strategies to ensure bids are financially profitable and competitive

You are:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (MBA desirable),
  • You are a natural born leader and strategic thinker, who holds the customer at the heart of what you do.
  • Prior commercial success within a healthcare setting preferred in a private or public hospital environment, particularly at winning large contracts

Finance Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand

My client is an international listed consumer Food & Beverage brand who has a strong presence in the F&B industry. This is a fantastic company to work for with excellent company culture and stability.
 
As the Management Accountant and an individual contributor, you will have complete responsibility for the preparation of full management accounts. We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to join this growing business.

This position would suit a mid/late stage ACCA/CPA or other qualification with at least 4 years’ relevant experience:  budgeting, forecast, management reporting, business analysis.  

This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking FMCG and Retail business.


 

You will:

  • Drive the company’s monthly performance reporting and forecast, budgeting and 3-year plan for P&L.  
  • Review and analysis of Consumer business on EBIT, P&L and GM in SKUs level.
  • Formulate insightful commercial analysis & KPI tracking to interpret the performance for management team.
  • Strong sense in compliance, controlling.  Advisor to management team for improvement in efficiency.  Also formulate ricing review and transfer pricing process.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Accounting qualification or at a later stage is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of Management Accounting experience, preferable from consumer products or retail-related industry: Retail, Food & Beverage, FMCG, pharmaceutical, fashion, etc.

ERP Project Manager – US Medical Device (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

It is a rare opportunity for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional to head up a Regional ERP role and drive deployment for 10+ Asian Countries.


 

You will:

  • As the Head and Main Driver, to partner with 10+ markets to provide ERP Strategy and Direction on technical support, strategic alignment, operational support, project support and service management.
  • Work with Head Quarter from US/Europe on Progress, Resources Allocation, Budget, etc.
  • Drive & manage the deployment, maintenance, evolution of support of ERP and related applications.
  • Manage ERP system activities across the region and coordinate activities with the Superuser community, business management and other applicable Application Support Teams.
  • Manage respective external Consulting Firm to ensure proper SLA.
  • Develop/Recruit regional ERP Team

You are:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
