Regional Regulatory Quality and Regulatory Affairs Specialist (New Position)

Hong Kong

An exciting Regional Regulatory Quality and Regulatory Affairs Specialist position has been just created with a US Medical Device Company.

This is new regional team just set up in Hong Kong, the product is a number 1 brand worldwide with top market share.

You will Act as Medical Device Responsible Person / Quality contact for the company, as required by local laws and regulations:

 

  • Corresponding with regulatory agencies, attending to any regulatory visits / inspections and maintaining product device information in the regulatory systems
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and quality requirements, company’s Global Quality requirements and site quality system requirements.
  • Drive new product registration, manage variation and renewals, and facilitate communication between regulatory agencies & global & local functional teams


 

Quality

  • Support the reporting and quality obligations in the country including submission of medical device event reports.
  • Oversee quality processes such as product releases, product re-labelling, complaint investigations and reporting, change control, non-conformance, correct and preventive actions


Regulatory Affairs

  • Ensure ongoing compliance and maintenance of product registration to meet regulatory and business obligations
  • Manage variation submission and approval for any change in the products and manage the renewal of product registration

 

  • Degree holder in science
  • Basic knowledge in ISO9001, ISO 13485, GMP and GDP.
  • Knowledge of medical terms, local medical device laws and regulations,
  • Vigilance Reporting regulations
  • Expertise in the local GDP/GMPs for medical devices
  • Auditing Skills (advantage)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role or QARA experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics industry.
  • Experience in quality organization in a commercial business.
  • Exposure to ISO9001, GDP and GMP

Our client, a major consumer brand with a solid membership (VIP) / CRM system, is seeking a Membership Engagement Manager.  This is an interesting CRM position with a strong support from finance and IT.  

You will drive and author the CRM Strategy to reach out a significant number of members, further develop new membership, design program that drives consumption and organize membership activities.  

You will line up with event organization, retail outlets and property developers to organize win-win activities with these external vendors and parties.

You will:

  • Own, create and deliver the overall CRM strategy, identifying key commercial levers and priorities across CRM channels.
  • Manage loyalty programs, focusing on testing new initiatives across different customer cohorts and types.
  • Lead and deliver email planner, working closely with the creative, brand and marketing team on delivery automation, lifecycle and broadcast emails.
  • Author performance reporting, liaising effectively with Brand, Marketing, Creative teams
  • and third-party agencies ensuring CRM strategy is aligned to the overall strategy and brand
  • vision.


You are:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Statistics, Science, etc.
  • At least 5 years of CRM experience from consumer brands: infant formula, retailers, tourism, beauty brands, mobile operators, etc.
  • Confident dealing with data and providing recommendations off the back of insights.
  • Good analytical skills with a good attention to details, with a good understanding of data protection and privacy legislation.
  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to organize your workload effectively.
  • Experience in event management is a bonus.

Group Finance Manager - No. 1 Solution Provider Company

Our client, a Solution Providers for Manufacturers, back by US Listed Company, is seeking a Group Finance Manager.
 
This is a new senior financial position to provide financial  consolidation per IFRS, preparing monthly consolidation reports as per IFRS.  
 
You will
  • Drive USGAAP quarterly financial reports and analyses to shareholders.
  • To partner with other finance team from around the globe (Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia) to review and ensure subsidiaries are prepared in accordance with IFRS, and provide training and guidance.
  • Ensure all reporting processes are in compliance with external regulations and internal corporate governance
  • Perform bridging gaps and variance against budget plan
  • Assist in annual budgeting process
  • Business Development 
 
You are: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • At least 6 years of financial reporting on Group level / Regional level for US MNC
  • Qualified CPA/ ACCA or equivalent  
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot table, Charts, Formula) /PowerPoint 
  • Experience in D365 system is an advantage
  • Good command in written and spoken English
