Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (HK & Taiwan) – A European Consumer Technology Brand

To cope with the recent expansion, our client, a European Consumer Technology Brand, is inviting an Assistant Visual Merchandising Managers to lead the visual merchandising function for the Hong Kong and Taiwan Market.

This consumer brand with strong technology approach offers great support to the Visual Merchandising Team, so you will be fully supported and gain strong VM exposure in the Asia market.

Responsibilities:

  • To create an inviting, visually appealing environment for the customer's shopping pleasure
  • Create, maintain and update store and window displays in a both store-in-store and stand alone environment.
  • Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at Corporate level
  • To ensure VM strategy is in line with global strategy and yet with room for creativity.
  • To communicate with Head Quarter
  • To provide VM training to frontline staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of solid VM experience from any multinational retail companies.
  • Degree holder in fine arts is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in colors coordination, patterns, and floor-sets
  • Strong passion in studying consumer market / VM trend.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. (Written and spoken)

Annual salary: HK$ 460K – 540K

Regional Consumer Insight Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of regional market research plans within a number one Global Food and Beverage Brand. 

You will play an important role to the Management teams in interpreting market research results and contributing to action plans by driving specific research and analytical projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus, involvement, and consumer leadership in all business planning & execution, regional innovation pipeline, and reviewing business objectives for Asia Pacific.
  • To develop, manage, and execute research plans to support the national business strategy of the brands and market
  • Share and aid understanding of consumer learning and within the Marketing management team through collation and communication of consumer and shopper insights as well as relevant learning from other markets
  • Discuss consumer understanding needs with marketing management and recommend concrete research plans, methodologies, and key decision criteria and then lead the implementation of the actual research to meet those needs for assigned categories
  • Bring best in class communication effectiveness support. Provide input and feedback to creative briefs and copy development for TV and digital; recommend & execute appropriate research plans to explore and validate creative
  • In partnership with Marketing team, develop, screen and scale tactical brand-building initiatives that will drive brand penetration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science or engineering.
  • You have at least 5 years of either qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies.
  • Strong consumer insight background and a passion for this field. Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale research and budgets including: shopper research, local market activation research, deep understanding of retail data, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, consumer closeness, concept/product development,

You will report directly to the Head Of Sales, to provide meaningful data analysis to increase business efficiency and facilitating sales growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverages company and market information to assess current situation, identifies key implications and trends, and recommends strategies to successfully improve results.
  • Provides analytics support to the Management Team – analyzes business results, identifies opportunities to identify business opportunity, improve performance, and collaborates with sales team to develop effective strategy.
  • Leverages reports and analysis of internal and external sources of information to provide business insights and support the leadership team in developing and presenting fact-based business perspectives and recommendations.

Requirements:
