You will take the lead to partner with the sales team, category team, logistics, finance, etc to drive marketing strategy and action plan in order to establish the brand as a number healthcare brand in Hong Kong

 

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head Of Marketing, you will enjoy the high degree of autonomy. 
  • To make decision on product pricing, promotion, branding strategy, product positioning, packaging and portfolio placement of the brand and communication executions.
  • To provide insight on marketing analysis, trial productivity and placement of expenses.
  • To explore new and interesting marketing opportunities to develop the brand.
  • To identify Key Opinion Leader and to establish professional relationship and endorsement
  • To understand marketing environment, trend and present to management.
  • To establish professional relationship with medical / pharmaceutical community
  • Team Management

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in any discipline. 
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience from any multinational firms, industries are Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Infant Formula, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Personal Care, etc.
  • Strong experience in ATL, BTL, digital marketing, etc.
  • Team management experience.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English.

700K – 850K per annual

Our client, a European Consumer Brand is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to co-develop category defining campaigns that have impact and optimize digital presence. 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, or other discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications. 
  • Experience from consumer products such as consumer pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty, food & beverage, infant formula, etc.  Digital agency background is also considered.

CRM Manager – Global Jewelry Brand

The individual is responsible for partnering with the Head Of Marketing to formulate the CRM strategy, guidelines and oversee implementation of CRM initiatives with a 360 focus.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Statistics, Science or others.
  • At least 7 years of Customer Relation Manager (CRM) experience from any retail / consumer products, beauty, fashion, telecommunication, IT products, retail banking, etc.
  • Storyteller who can inspire with a compelling and well-reasoned narrative
  • Creative thinker who, using insights and data, can frame and solve problems in new ways
  • Demonstrated leadership and can handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
  • Luxury experience preferred
