Regional Finance Director – US Listed Dermatology Brand

Our client, a US Listed dermatology Devices Brand which just opened up the regional operation in Hong Kong, is seeking a Finance Director, to head up the regional finance team.
This is a newly created position (a rare opportunity), for Finance Professional to establish and head up a new team of full function financial team (financial accounting and management accounting).
You will work with the Regional Managing Director and local finance teams in APAC on financial initiatives, strategy, alignment, team management, etc.
You will be the senior management team for the region to provide financial expertise and make major decision.
You are:
- Degree holder in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- At least 12 years of financial experience and is currently a Head of Finance for at least 3 + countries. Regional experience / China is a strong advantage.
- Qualified accountant
- USGAAP Reporting
- MS Dynamics 360
- Experience to manage and drive a team of financial professionals and desire to people development.
It is a regional leadership opportunity and yet do not mind to get hands-on.
1.2M – 1.6M per annual.

Assistant Regulatory and R&D Manager – US Listed Food Label
Hong Kong
- Oversee current and upcoming key legislation. To advise new changes to management the impact on product, NPD, food labeling, customer and such. Provide expertise and support to the company.
- Keep high standard and compliance all labels, technical declarations and marketing campaign.
- As the consultant and expert in food laws and regulations, give the best interpretation and enforcement.
- Track regulatory trends & changes and well communicate with crossed/related business units and implement as appropriate.
- Proactively to participate and maintain partnership and key contact to government authorities, legislative bodies and other association in the food industry to safeguard the company’s position in any food, labelling and relevant policies.
- Partner with QA and Supply Chain to develop a safe and high-quality supply base for ingredients, packaging and finished products, including the screening and identification of potential material suppliers and partners for technology and manufacturing capabilities.
- Bachelor degree on Food Science and Technology. Master degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years regulatory experience in food or beverage.
- Experience with product development, sensory and packaging is recommended.
- Solid experience in food regulation, legislation framework and actual enforcement in Hong Kong and Taiwan regions.
- Knowledge of food related regulations of China, Asia, Australia, is preferred.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English both written and verbal. Strong computer skills and report writing skills.

Responsibilities:
- To manage distributors on all General Trade / Open Trade Accounts / Food Service Customers for Hong Kong & Macau Market.
- To act as the head and coach of the sales team from the distributors, for monitoring their performance including call route optimization, sales target setting, sales achievement tracking & coaching joint call.

Requirements:

They are looking for a well presented, articulate individual with previous Admissions experience who would drive all aspects of the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
You will:
- Partner with Marketing Team to generate and capture leads.
- Implement the fulfillment of students recruitment strategy; monitor new and existing leads; report on analytics and movement of admission figures;
