Our client, a US Medical Device Company, setting up a new Regional Customer Service Team in Hong Kong, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team to provide customer service: Sales Ordering Process, Promotions, data updates, Service Agreement processing, etc.
 
This is an interesting opportunity: to set up a new team with management.  Opportunity to review work process and work with management to improve efficiency and process excellence.
 
You will work with customers from all over Asia.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of Regional Customer Service from Medical Device / Commercial Electronic Device 
  • Regional experience.
  • Experience in one of these BPCS, ServiceMax, Peoplesoft, SAP/JDA or Microsoft D365 is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Manager – Accounting & Controlling APAC (US Medical Beauty Brand)

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Medical Beauty Device Brand just opens up a Regional Office in Hong Kong, is seeking a Manager – Accounting & Controlling APAC:

 

You will:

  • Drive and manage a finance Team to provide support in daily accounting operations for APAC countries:  transaction processing functions accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, general ledger and financial closing, financial and statutory reporting, and taxation.
  • As the team head, you will develop and set guidelines to ensure financial controls and processes.
  • Compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, local statutory requirements and company policies for APAC.
  • Drive system implementation and transition from legacy platforms, including process and control development and documentation, testing and training activities in areas of responsibility
  • Continuously seek to improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate internal control.
  • Lead and manage audit process.
  • Review tax submissions and tax compliance.
  • Financial advice to the management team

 
You are:

  • Degree holder.
  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia or equivalents preferred
  • At least 10 years or above in accounting and auditing with management experience.
  • Business and financial acumen mindset
  • Knowledge of financial and legislative requirements in major markets across Asia Pacific
  • Experience in Microsoft Navision/D365 and Hyperion would be a plus
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Customer Service Manager – US Medical Device

Our client, a US Medical Device Company with strong market share in the Aesthetic Industry, is seeking a Customer Service Manager.


This a newly created position to provider leadership to the region to:

Develop and implement processes for services

This position establishes and maintains infrastructure that provides subordinates with the training, knowledge, and resources to deliver superior services with timely and effective responses to internal as well as external customer requests for products, services, and information.


 

You will

Build and manage a team of Sales Operation Officers across the APAC region to drive:

  • Sales Order,
  • Demo Inventory Management, and
  • return merchandise authorization

-Document and improve processes and procedures;

-Update/modify SOP and Work Instructions to streamline/improve and find ways to increase process efficiencies;

-Design training for the team

-Develop metrics to evaluate department performance

-Drive for order fulfillment to satisfy requirements of SOX rules, auditors, finance, and legal departments.

-Lead team to produce analysis on customer call volumes and workflows to ensure timely and effective responses to meet customer expectations and KPI

-To partner with other team:  Commercial teams, Supply Chain, Product Service and Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, End User Customers and Distributor Partners to ensure smooth daily internal and external operations

 
You are:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.  
  • At least 8 years of Customer Service, Supply China, Sales Operations from medical device, aesthetics, electronic industry with APAC exposure.
