VIP Membership Engagement Manager – Consumer Brand
Our client, a major consumer brand with a solid membership (VIP) / CRM system, is seeking a Membership Engagement Manager. This is an interesting CRM position with a strong support from finance and IT.
You will drive and author the CRM Strategy to reach out a significant number of members, further develop new membership, design program that drives consumption and organize membership activities.
You will line up with event organization, retail outlets and property developers to organize win-win activities with these external vendors and parties.
Partner with IT team, external
You will:
- Own, create and deliver the overall CRM strategy, identifying key commercial levers and priorities across CRM channels.
- Manage loyalty programs, focusing on testing new initiatives across different customer cohorts and types.
- Lead and deliver email planner, working closely with the creative, brand and marketing team on delivery automation, lifecycle and broadcast emails.
- Author performance reporting, liaising effectively with Brand, Marketing, Creative teams
- and third-party agencies ensuring CRM strategy is aligned to the overall strategy and brand
- vision.
You are:
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Statistics, Science, etc.
- At least 5 years of CRM experience from consumer brands: infant formula, retailers, tourism, beauty brands, mobile operators, etc.
- Confident dealing with data and providing recommendations off the back of insights.
- Good analytical skills with a good attention to details, with a good understanding of data protection and privacy legislation.
- You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to organize your workload effectively.
- Experience in event management is a bonus.
600K – 640K per annual

Our client, a Technology company with expanding business in the IT & T marketing, is seeking a HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager to join the HR Team.
You can choose to focus in TA or C&B.
The Company has recently established a new HR System and are developing new People Plan to provide clear workforce objectives for the organization.
Working within the HR Team to the Head Of HR, you are offered an excellent opportunity to an experienced Generalist/TA/C&B HR professional to join the team that provides comprehensive operational Human Resources advice and guidance to managers and employees within the organization.
You will:
1. Assistant Manager or Manager, Talent Acquisition:
Acting as a key ambassador to the business, other key areas will include managing the company’s full recruitment lifecycle process, including talent attraction and onboarding, salary benchmarking, helping to define the company’s Employer Brand, as well as establishing the company’s Employee Value Proposition. This will be coupled with recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining diverse and international high potential employees across the business.
2. Assistant Manager, C&B:
Drive full spectrum of C&B functions and supervise the C&B team;
Oversee the payroll cycle and ensure payroll, MPF, taxation and leave management are processed professionally.
Lead C&B initiatives such as annual performance review, annual salary and bonus review, annual budgeting, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities;
You are: -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' experience of HR management position from MNC preferably.
Solid experience in either Talent Acquisition or C&B
Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English.
