Our client, a European Company is seeking a Senior Talent Management Manager for the Asia Pacific Region.

This position is to cope with the expansion plan for the Asia Pacific Teams. 

You will:

  • Drive the best practice of talent management, organization design and workforce planning.
  • Build strategic workforce planning principles, framework and practice in the region to meet the increasing demand of shaping a future-ready workforce;
  • Provide talent solution expertise in supporting management team in optimizing talent review, planning and building intervention.

You are:

  • University degree in any discipline with at
  • Must have - Experience from Big 4 or Human Resources Consulting Firms with solid experience in Workforce Planning / Organization Design
  • Desire to develop human resources career particularly in talent management
  • Fluency in English and Chinese

1M – 1.2M (including bonus)

Famous European Company with a large population all over Asia.
