With expansion in the Hong Kong market, a major fashion retailer carrying major labels from the globe is inviting a Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Human Resources Manager to lead a team of Human Resources professionals to develop and implement the Human Resources function for the Hong Kong + Macau operation.

With strong market share in Hong Kong, and an expanding business, you will be given tremendous exposure under a stable environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the full spectrum of the Human Resources initiatives.
  • To lead a team to develop and formulate HR policy, strategies and plan. 
  • To work closely with managing director in order to deliver excellent HR service.
  • HR policy, compensation & benefits, administration, recruitment and others.
  • To work closely with the management team and communicate market information to management

Requirements:

  • Degree or human resources or business administration.
  • Have at least 8 years in a human resources position with managerial experience is preferred.
  • Preference is given to experience from fashion or beauty industry. 
  • Experience in sales commission structure.
  • Desire to develop career in a stable environment.

500K – 600K per annual
