Senior Regional Product Manager – European Homecare Brand

Our client for this position is a very fast growing European Homecare Brand, in an active process of expanding businesses and building the brand positioning in the Asia Pacific. The company is setting up an aggressive way with a digital touch to expand the brand throughout the Asia Pacific Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional Marketing Director, an expatriate from Europe.
  • To establish values, position, philosophy of the brand as a No.1 choice of homecare in the Asia Pacific Market: Hong Kong, Australia, , etc.
  • To drive product development through consumer insight and study, to identify product assortment and product mix to best the Asia.
  • To work with marketing head from countries in Asia
  • Prepare and manage the yearly marketing plan for the company for the entire Americas region
  • Ensure the quality of the brand is constantly improving
  • Prepare and coordinate launches in the Asian market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience in consumer market, homecare, personal care, cosmetics, food, beverages.
  • Experience in the Asia Pacific market.
  • Strong experience in consumer insight, product development and experience in ATL and BTL. 
  • CRM, Digital skills are advantages.
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: English.  Chinese is a plus but not a must.
  • Travel and exposure to other Asia markets.

1M – 1.2M per annual

Reporting to General Manager, you will:
 
  • Develop sale strategies and direction for the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Formulate Key Account

Regional Assistant Finance Manager – US Medical Device Company

Our client, a US Medical Company, with a recently new regional office in Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to manage the outsource accounting service firm for the APAC markets to review:
 
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables,
General Ledger
Month End Closing
 
 
 
You will also be part of the below:
 
  • Data migration, knowledge transfer and new ERP testing
  • Regular cash flow forecast based on expenses trend and P&L forecast submitted
  • Credit control contact and bank contact person
  • Liaise with auditors
  • financials statements
  • Partner with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filings of Asia entities
  • Ensure the compliance of regional reporting to SOX, company policies and reporting requirements

Our client, a Major US Food Brand, is seeking a QA Manager / Assistant QA Manager – Hong Kong & Taiwan.  

This is a position to drive the QA initiatives for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

This is a No.1 Food brand around the globe with major market share and stable business.


 

You will:

  • May supervise one QA Officer from PRC
  • As the expert quality assurance, you will drive all Quality Assurance-related matters for Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Manages documentation critical to quality systems, compliance and formulation.
  • Manages internal and external audit/inspection and corrective/preventive action programs.
  • Leads food safety continuous improvement efforts.
  • As part of the operations team, supports other initiatives including Safety, Total Productive Manufacturing, Diversity/Inclusion, Engagement, etc.
  • Partner with product plants from China and Southeast Asia following up on QA issues.


You are:

  • Degree holder in Bachelor Science, preferably Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or related discipline.
  • Years of relevant experience: 5 years of QA leadership experience in a food industry.
  • Preference is given to food production experience and understanding of
  • manufacturing processes.
  • Implementing quality systems and effective auditing procedures

Our client, a US pharmaceutical brand is seeking a Product Manager to drive marketing initiatives and to develop and lead the functions of branding, marketing ATL, BTL, digital marketing, product development, etc.
 
This is an exciting Pharmaceutical Brand with excellent digital and ATL presence already.  Current marketing activities are already promoting among medical professionals and consumer market.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new product opportunities, provided research support, to understand the Hong Kong markets and doctor’s behavior.  Analyze market trend and sales potential.
  • Develop a rock-star level marketing program including digital, off-line, KOL, promotion among medical professionals.
  • Closely partner with key customers to follow up promotion efforts, ensure the product information flow.
