Our client, a major property company in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Communication Manager focusing on China market.

This company has a strong history and is running major shopping malls in prime area in Hong Kong.

As the Corporate Communication Manager, you will manage a small team to develop media relations and digital campaign. 

It is a great opportunity for corporate communication professional from property developers, retailer or consumer brand with strong China market experience to join a major property company.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage a small team of corporate communication professionals
  • To develop corporate communication and strategy to manage internal and external stakeholders. To enhance professional relationship with stakeholders and to achieve defined results: deliver market-leading high impact campaigns including branding, media relations (brochures, websites, eCRM, CGIs, marketing suites, advertising, films, etc.)
  • Working with the Marketing and Communications Director to design, deliver and evaluate the success of marketing activities.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and priorities to further leverage marketing as a tool in achieving company objectives.
  • Ongoing review of competitor activity and international best practice, with the ability to bring key learnings into practice;

Requirements:

  • Degree in language, business administration, media, journalism, communications, public relations or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in corporate communications from property developers, property management, media, retail, consumer brands, etc.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese ( Cantonese +
  • Experience with social media marketing, online communities and other digital media.
  • Experience with China market is an advantage.
  • Management experience is a must.

Regional Key Account Manager – Japanese Beauty Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a Japanese Beauty Brand, is Regional

Key Account Manager to head up the Asia Pacific Strategic Retailers. (Greater China + Southeast Asia + Other) 

You will work with the Regional Head Of Sales to partner with Strategy Retailers (Major Beauty / Drug Chains) to drive sales initiatives, sales programs and promotion strategy. 

With local sales team to work on the ground, you will develop the “big picture” and identify synergy and align regional direction across countries for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the regional team from the retailer (clients) particularly
  • To author sales strategy and alignment that synergize the brand across Asia Pacific.   
  • To under and identify sales opportunity with local sales teams, hold meeting with them on a regular basis to develop insight of the Asia Pacific markets.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Have at least 5 years of Key Account Experience from any global brands, preferably, beauty, personal care, home care, etc.
  • Must have Asia Pacific experience or at least Greater China experience, having worked with beauty or drug chains. 
  • Have strong sales analytical skills.

A well known Retail Company is seeking a Head Of CRM to drive the CRM initiatives for the Hong Kong Market.
This is a Senior Position for CRM Management professional to lead a famous retail brand with outlets in the prime shopping malls in Hong Kong.
 
You will lead a team of CRM professionals, Managers, Assistant Managers and Executives.
This is a senior position which lead a team of senior executives and will focus on China tourists and shoppers.
 
 
You will:
Lead the transformation of our guest and data analytics approach and strategy
Ensure that teams have the appropriate reporting and system in place to identify and recognise loyal and repeat guests
Drive and author to lead e team developing a consumers’ recognition and loyalty programmes
Analysis and improvement of data collection strategies across the group. Unifying processes to build a strong and robust database.
Drive analysis and direction based on guest profiles, the accuracy of the data, completing and merging profiles and cleaning existing data
Understand the overall CRM architecture to check the coherence of data coming from the integrated systems
Partner with digital marketing and branding team to build effective campaigns and engagement
Communicate effectively and work closely with other marketing department players such as Marketing managers, social media and PR
 
You are:
Degree holder in any discipline, but preferably marketing, science, mathematics, engineering, etc.
At least 12 years of experience of CRM management position from any major consumer brands, FMCG, Retail, hospitality, etc.
Track record to manage a team of senior officers.  
Solid knowledge in 
A results-focused approach, with a proven record of generating revenue improvements
Excellent numeracy, with strong analytical capabilities
Fluency in  Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Solid knowledge for PRCtourists market is a MUST.

The Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a critical role in growing the business through strategic analysis, financial and strategic planning and proactive and comprehensive recommendations to management team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual business plan preparation
  • Support and analyze financial forecasting processes for the P&L activities
  • To identify opportunities to optimize business processes
  • To partner with sales team to formulate sales analysis
  • Company and budgeting process, P&L reviews, key performance indicator reports, and evaluation and tracking of new initiatives.
  • Work with auditor, tax advisor and other external parties to ensure company’s legal requirements are properly met.

Assistant Consumer Research and Innovation Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans within a number one Global Food and Beverage Brand. 

You will play an important role to the Management teams in interpreting market research results and contributing to action plans by driving specific research and analytical projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus, involvement, and consumer leadership in all business planning & execution, regional innovation pipeline, and reviewing business objectives.
  • To develop, manage, and execute research plans to support the business strategy of the brands and market.
  • Discuss consumer understanding needs with marketing management and recommend concrete research plans, methodologies, and key decision criteria and then lead the implementation of the actual research to meet those needs for assigned categories
  • In partnership with Marketing team, develop, screen and scale tactical brand-building initiatives that will drive brand penetration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science or engineering.
  • You have at least 3 years of either qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies.
  • Strong consumer insight background and a passion for this field. Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale research and budgets including: shopper research, local market activation research, deep understanding of retail data, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, consumer closeness, concept/product development,
