Marketing Director, China – Global Skincare Brand

Having strong presence in Asia, our client, a Global Skin Care / Personal Care Brand, is inviting a Marketing Director to lead and manage the marketing team for the China Market.

You will work closely with the General Manager to formulate and develop marketing initiatives, for the China market.  It includes ATL, BTL, Public Relation Events, in-store promotion, digital, product development and such.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a marketing team to formulate and execute marketing initiatives.
  • To work closely with headquarter on product management, and global marketing strategy
  • To work closely with other departments, such as sales & retail operation, logistics, I.T, finance and others in order to deliver an effective marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Marketing experience for a global cosmetic, personal care products for at least 12 years of FMCG experience in China or Hong Kong. 
  • Hands-on / management experience on ATL, BTL, PR, digital marketing and such.
  • Strong leadership, communication and willing to take challenge.
  • Advantage is given to marketing professionals from any skin care / persona care / beauty brand.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Station in GuangZhou, quarter will be provided.

Attractive Salary + Quarter + Tax Equalization + Allowance + Others.

As part of the Hong Kong Finance team, you will drive:

Responsibilities:

  • Financial accounting of the finance operation: Accounts Receivable Account Payable and month-end reconciliation and schedules
  • To supervise an Accounting Officer.
  • Exposure to exciting projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.
  • At least 4 years of commercial accounting experience from Consumer Products Brand: food, beverage, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager – Global Healthcare Brand

Our client, a Global Consumer Healthcare Brand is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

You will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to drive category that optimizes digital presence. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support to determine, develop and implement appropriate brand and model communication strategies that are integrated and support brand development and business priorities.
  • Responsible for the planning of’ digital media to drive awareness, familiarity and nameplate equity.
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to support the digital development of brand and new model launch campaigns
  • Work with agency partners to localise digital launch assets
  • Work closely with the Digital team to ensure alignment across online and offline media.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications.

  • Particular strengths in digital marketing include search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer, bloggers, and earned media campaigns, user generated content, relationship marketing, eCommerce, and use of web analytic, etc.

Product Manager – A Global Child Nutrition Brand
