Our client, a European Brand in the Technology Sector is seeking a Director Of Media & Digital & CRM Strategy to head up the media, CRM and advertising for the Hong Kong and Taiwan market.

This is a new position to drive the media strategy for all digital channel, TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social Network, Search, etc. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to drive CRM and Digital Strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work with am impressive media budget, be the driver of all media plans and partner with marketing team to bring this Brand to another level.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive partnerships to provide media expertise to Brand Marketing on how they can best activate brands’ communication channel plans.
  • Develop and drive media strategy to ensure that media is effectively planned, bought optimized and reported to achieve agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Be the expert to brand marketing team on developing campaign plans across all key media.
  • To provide data and analytic and monitoring and reporting on the performance of all media
  • Author actionable plans to drive improvements in media effectiveness.
  • Additionally, will head up the CRM initiatives, back by a professional CRM Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in media, communication, business administration, statistics, etc.
  • At least 12 years of experience from media agency, PR position, advertising agency, in house media position, etc.
  • Experience in planning & buying of all key media (TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social Network & Search)
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Written & Spoken)

1M – 1.1M per annual

Our client, a US listed pharmaceutical brand, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the management accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with different team, as financial expert to identify identify key drivers for financial performance and business excellence.
  • Author and drive commercial financial analysis, to make recommendation for different teams to make strategic management decisions
  • To play a kye role in facilitating rolling financial planning cycle by data consolidation and analysis.
  • Key driver of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for the business unit, consolidate financial result and forecast for the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of business and financial analysis experience from consumer products, retail, pharmaceutical, etc.  
  • Substantial track record in FP&A function covering the full P/L

You will:

  • Responsible for account receivable (AR) on distributor partners and trade spend management:
  • Verify trade spend debit notes and
  • keep clear records to reconcile outstanding liabilities
  • SAP system booking related to trade spending, AR, AR customer deduction
  • Monthly AR and Trade Spend settlement process with distributor

You are:

  • Degree in accounting or finance or relevant background with tertiary education.
  • Experience major CPA firms is a strong advantage
  • Experience from consumer products, such as Food & Beverage, personal care, home care, OTD, beauty, etc.
