Regional Manager, Performance

Hong Kong

This is a newly created position to cope with the regional HR team expansion and to particularly focus on performance management and organization development for Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

  • You will design and build solutions and interventions to animate employee development
  • Revamp the performance management system, in line with company’s values
  • To be the expert in the region to support other HRBP and the Management Team in performance and people development and provide consultancy in these areas.
  • Gain exposure in organization development: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Design and Workforce Planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in psychology, human resources, social science, business administration, etc.
  • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience, particularly in performance management / design, assessment, L&D, etc.
  • Solid experience / certification in performance management tools, assessment tools, development tools, revamp, deployment, etc.
  • Nice-to-have experience in coaching, L&D or talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Medical Device Service Engineer – US Listed Diagnostic Company

Hong Kong

A US Listed Medical Device Company, with strong market share around the world, is seeking a Medical Device Service Engineer to provide installation, upgrading and training to medical lab and clinical professionals in Hong Kong.

 

You will:

  • To execute devices / diagnostic instrument installation, responsible for their upgrading,  corrective and preventive maintenance in the field and
  • Carry out reagent application, identify medical professional’s requirements and provide support.
  • To partner with clients and provide product training and provide guidance.
  • Remote support when necessary.

You are:

  • University’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Have experience with medical laboratory work.
  • Strong language skills: Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Solid experience working / engineering medical devices,
  • Grade A Electric Work Certificate is a strong advantage.
  • Desire to develop career in a US Medical Company.

This is an interesting opportunity: you will lead a team of Visual Merchandising, Retail Experience, and Retail Event Management to ensure the customer receives the brand with message, values and excitement.

This brand is a market No.1 brand in the consumer brand industry with a technology approach.

You will cover both Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to understand the accent and philosophy of the brand by creating a whole customer experience.  It tells and demonstrates to customers of the technology and brand story. 
  • You will define the strategy and drive the team to implementation:
  1. To develop strategy and execution program on store renovation, and new store projects
  2. To supervise the Visual Merchandising team on displays
  3. Design Customer Journey in the retail environment
  4. Find new store location
  5. Lease liaison

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, design, architect, fine art or other relevant subjects.
  • At least 10 years of experience in retail management in VM, store development, retail experience, store location, lease liaison, etc.
