Our client, a global houseware brand with strong market share in US, Europe and Asia is looking for a technologically savvy content strategist to join the growing global marketing creative team.

You will be a champion for digital content in social network, blog posts, email copy, e retailers, department stores around the globe, conventional retailers, corporate communication and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Main driver in team efforts to grown and evolve the content practice
  • Champion the role of content in digital business transformation strategies
  • To support marketing team on recommendation digital content strategy with the support from marketing on research and report.
  • Identity and define content types on different digital / non-digital channels.
  • Develop a tagging strategy to support on site search, filtering and dynamic display of content

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Digital-savvy, can connect with consumer through the screen
  • Preferably 4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, personal projects involving content marketing also considered (e.g KOL)
  • Independent, accountable, tenacious, result-oriented mindset
  • Native English writing and communication skills. Cantonese / Mandarin is a strong advantage.

400K – 500K per annual

Higher salary will be offered to the right candidate

Internal Audit Manager – Listed Technology Company

Hong Kong

Our client, a listed Telecommunication / Technology firm is seeking an Internal Audit Manager.  Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as the Head Of Audit with management responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop plan and lead in the delivery of a portfolio of audit assignments and lead Audit execution of other audits in line with compliance requirements
  • Cover all areas of the business; from finance, procurement, HR and other
  • You will work with Managing Director to ensure that any potential issues are highlighted and that adequate controls are implemented in order to mitigate risk as well as enhancing operation efficiency.
  • To present audit results / reports to senior management and Audit Committee
  • Ad-hoc audit assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines, and holder or finalist of professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, HKICPA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience with exposure in project management is preferable
  • Good understanding of Corporate Governance requirements for listed company and COSO Framework.
  • Experience from Telecommunication Carriers, Data Centers, Technology Firm or Property Developers is a strong advantage.

Assistant Leasing Manager

Hong Kong

Our client, a prestigious property developer in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to join the leasing department for the retail division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and leasing of units for retail tenants, mostly from luxury retail.
  • To partner with property agents and direct to potential tenants to explore rental business.
  • Conduct periodic market research and analysis and prepare update market reports
  • To provide services con leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy preparation, budget preparation, takeover and handover of premises, manage tenants Alternations & Additions work.
  • To follow up renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
  • Formulate annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration is a strong advantage.  But other discipline is also considered.
  • Minimum 5 years retail, commercial and residential leasing.  Experience with luxury retailers is an advantage.
  • Familiar with lease portfolio administration, processes and procedures
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience but with solid leasing experience Senior Leasing Office will be considered. (360K – 420K per annual)

As the financial expert, you will provide business analysis, reporting, consolidation in order to support business.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with offices in the region on financial analysis and reporting.
  • To provide consolidation on budgets from different Asian countries.
  • Coordinate and ensure a timely and accurate regular reporting process in place for CSAP country
  • Enhance the forecast accuracy

Requirements:
