Our client, a Global Beauty Brand, is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to lead a big regional marketing team and local marketing teams in the region.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee APAC marketing team, identify opportunities and mobilize markets.
  • APAC marketing team management
  • Drive branding and digital initiatives, author direction for Asia.
  • Develop insight and analysis and direct teams on different marketing direction such as CRM, Marketing Insights, Branding, Communication and consumer research.
  • To be part of the global management team, communicate marketing trends, share & showcase and synergize resources.
  • To formulate successful partnership with other Head Of function such as finance, sales, logistics, product development.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 15 year of marketing experience from any global consumer brands, preference is personal care, retail, beauty, skincare, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in China’s market is a must.
  • People management experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English (written & spoken)

Sales Manager – Major US Food & Beverage Brand

A major US Food & Beverage brand is seeking a Sales Manager to head up the import initiatives for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with oversea offices / partners to source products that are trendy for Hog Kong markets.

Facility Manager – A Listed Data Center Company

Hong Kong

A Listed Data Center Company is seeking a Facility Manager. You will supervise a team of Facility Management on day-to-day operation and maintenance on E&M.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead and manage a team of Facility Management on day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance work
  • Drive E&M improvement plan.
  • Supervise and partner with vendors and clients on scheduling and implementing project.
  • Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
  • Prepare approval formation to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
  • Maintain ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 QEMS System for data centre operation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experiences in Building Electrical, MVAC Operations and Maintenance
  • Experiences in change / incident management
  • Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit, LV switchboards and CRACs
  • Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
  • Data center operations experiences will be an advantage
  • Team management is a must

You will work with the Professional Brand Team to pilot and navigate the brand vision and strategy, bringing the brand presence to the F&B community in Hong Kong. 

You will:

  • To support event management for F&B professionals for the latest Food & Beverage trend and demonstration.
  • To maximize the digital presence through social media, SEO, digital marketing, etc.
  • To partner with sales team to identify potential customer segment and provide marketing support.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, particular in the Food & Beverage profession, B2B.  Experience with HORECA is a strong advantage.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Passion in marketing, determined to develop career in branding/marketing.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • Absolutely welcome candidates from a small F&B company, interested in developing career in a MNC and gain global exposure.
