Sales Manager – A European Food & Beverage Brand

Our client, a European Food & Beverage, a strong player in food and beverage, is inviting a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Key Chain Key Account Team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers, to provide direction, objectives, sales strategy for the team. 

Partnership with major all supermarkets, convenience stores, food chains, etc.

You will participate in management meeting in order to work with the marketing and trade marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide guidance, direction and leadership to the key account team in order achieve sales target
  • To represent the team to hold regular meeting with other team heads (marketing and trade marketing), to develop an effective sales and marketing plan.
  • To work with management from the super market in order to present company's strategy and direction

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of Key Account / Supermarket / Key Chain experience in Hong Kong from a multinational FMCG company.
  • Managerial responsibilities at least a team of 2. 
  • A visionary and a strong leader.    
  • Fluency in Chinese and English

800K – 900K per annual

Our client, a major IT Services Provider, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to head up the sales for clients from China.
 
You will be working with Number 1 Accounts from China: Telecom Carriers, IT Vendors, Financial Institutes, Enterprises, Government, etc. 
 
You must have strong clientele from China.
 
Partnership and leverage Engineering, Support, and Executives teams to attain your sales goals.
 
You must be passionate about cloud / data center / telecommunication technologies and have a razorsharp focus on winning customers.
 

Responsibility:

  • You will drive to develop a potential sector: Companies from China.
  • Penetrating accounts with focus on reference-able, well known Enterprise accounts
  • Manage the entire sales process
  • Work with solution / pre-sales team to further services.
  • Work with marketing on effective strategies and finding reference customers

Requirements:

It is a No. 1 player in the Food & Beverage community in the globe.  You will gain strong exposure in overseeing the whole Marketing function for Hong Kong market.  With managerial responsibilities to supervise a small team of marketing professionals, advantage is given to candidate with managerial experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Responsible to initiate, develop and execute ATL, BTL and trade marketing activities.
  • Conduct analysis on pricing, sales and promotion strategies
  • Analyze market trend and conduct new product development
