Our client, a European Consumer Brand is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to co-develop category defining campaigns that have impact and optimize digital presence. 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, or other discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications. 
  • Experience from consumer products such as consumer pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty, food & beverage, infant formula, etc.  Digital agency background is also considered.
  • Must have command and passion for digital marketing strategy, best practices, trends and tools. 
  • Particular strengths in digital marketing include search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer, bloggers, and earned media campaigns, user generated content, relationship marketing, eCommerce, and use of web analytic, etc

Security Analyst / Security Engineer – Data Center Operation

Our client, known to provide data center service and operation to global clients in Asia Pacific is seeking a Security Analyst / Security Engineer to join the Security Team to ensure cyber security.

As a cyber security expert, you will provide critical security operations. This company’s depth and breadth of solutions will allow you to make an impact at the cutting edge of IT, while growing your expertise and capabilities through our commitment to professional development.

You will be part of the security team to provide the best cyber security framework implementation, control policies making and procedures 

You will be a the first line of defense at the time of cyber attack, you will team up with IT Security to make the best decision to response.

You will drive cyber risk assessment on new business.

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or science.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
  • Holder of CISA or CISSP, CEH, etc.
  • Knowledge in Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), signature management, ISO27001, ISO20000 and ITIL is preferred
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

40K – 50K per month + bonus

This company has a strong philosophy on people.  As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be first person to handle and experience the rich resources given.

To be part of the Learning and Development Team, you will take part in driving all aspect of the department: curriculum design,people & talent development programs, e-learning , custom-made programs for department, advice and guidance for local offices in the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the business to understand any changes in learning delivery through clear communication campaigns and timely training for key stakeholders
  • Lead identified award submissions in conjunction with internal/external support
  • Organize and facilitate development centres for the whole population,
  • co-ordinating continual improvement of the centre .
  • Ensure that you have identified the needs and meet the reasonable expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Learning and Development from large organization.  With 2 year of managerial experience is a preferred
  • Solid experience in curriculum design, training need identification, training delivery,
  • Degree holder in any discipline.  Advantage with a master degree or in the process of obtaining such.

This is a senior marketing position.
 
The successful candidate will lead a marketing team to innovative plans in terms of new concepts, technologies, products, etc.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Author and lead the marketing team.
  • Develop central team expertise on product category /competitive environment (category management/category intelligence/market shares/market trends)
  • Responsible for the development and the execution of the marketing plan across specific category (new products & promotions). Specifically lead the New Product Development process  for this category;
  • Assist the briefing process (internal & external contacts) on: Concept (creative agencies)
  • Formula evaluation and range recommendation
  • Follow up development steps and planning to optimize draft cost, pack formulation & to achieve
  • Brief market research for consumer review of potential new products and analyze results
  • Together with product marketing, co-ordinate implementation of launches and ensure thorough information shared with the markets, updating on launch and promotional activity and analyze market feedback
  • Follow up launches and analyze results from market share and consumer behaviour perspective
