Assistant Brand Manager – US No.1 Consumer Brand

Our client, a US consumer healthcare brand name, is inviting an Assistant Brand Manager to lead and manage the marketing function of the brand for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and work with a small team of marketing professionals from product development, integrated marketing communication, formulate and develop marketing initiatives.

You Digital Marketing, ATL, BTL, Public Relation Events, in-store promotion, product development and such.


  • To be involved in consumer research, product development, product launch and integrated marketing:

  • Digital Marketing, ATL, BTL, Public Relation Events, in-store promotion, etc.

  • This is THE consumer product brand you want to work for with excellent package and exposure.

  • Evaluate category and competitive performance on an ongoing basis. Perform annual Category and Competitive reviews to identify opportunities.

  • Product Development to create concepts for new products based on findings.

  • Develop new programs that are both strategically and creatively compelling.

  • Supports the Head of Marketing in 'side by side' development and evaluation.

  • To partner and drive external Advertising Agency.


  • Degree holder in any discipline

  • Marketing experience for a global consumer brand such as food, beverage, personal care, household products for at least 3 years of FMCG experience in Hong Kong. 

  • Hands-on / management experience on ATL, BTL, PR, digital and such.

  • Strong leadership, communication and willing to take challenge.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Sales Manager – A US Consumer Product Firm

Our client, a US Consumer Product Brand, a strong player in personal care, food and beverage / OTC, is inviting a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Key Chain Key Account Team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers, to provide direction, objectives, sales strategy for the team.  Also, as the team head, you will participate in management meeting in order to work with the marketing and trade marketing team.


  • To lead the Key Account Team, focusing on all supermarket channels in Hong Kong
  • To provide guidance, direction and leadership to the key account team in order achieve sales target
  • To represent the team to hold regular meeting with other team heads (marketing and trade marketing), to develop an effective sales and marketing plan.
  • To meet with management from the super market in order to present company's strategy and direction
  • Establish a professional and yet in depth relationship with super market clients

Customer Service Manager - Luxurious Property Management

Our client, a major Property and Hotel Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer and Concierge Services team for a luxurious property in Hong Kong. 

The incumbent will lead a team of Concierge Services Supervisors and Representatives to provide premier customer services in the shopping malls and VIP club to ensure the total satisfaction of, shopper and diners.


  • To take the lead to formulate customer service policies, procedures and direction in the customer service.
  • To provide supervision to the team, identify room for improvement. To conduct ongoing training of the team to increase job knowledge and skill level.
  • Train, supervise and oversee the management of the customer service team
  • To monitor the team to handles complaints, settling disputes, or otherwise negotiating with others.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and business objectives are met.
  • To lead the VIP program and manage team to provide excellent service to the VIP.



  • Degree holder of any discipline.
  • 8 year and above of frontline experience from shopping mall, property management or hotel.  At least 4 years of managerial position.
  • Preference is given to Front Desk Manager, Concierge Manager and Customer Service Manager.
  • Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled at establishing effective relationships with customers and internal partners; promoting openness, trust and confidence in one's intentions.
  • Fluent in written English and Chinese
  • Must be highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment. 
  • May work on holidays.

  • Assist to develop medical marketing strategy for medical events, member events, clinics to gain product exposure and acquire new customers.
  • Provide coordination and event management on events.
  • Act as a key advisor to team members and internal stakeholder on professional marketing.
  • Assist to event management and help to identify the best events for potential consumers.
  • Data Analysis: with support from CRM Team, to guide and instruct the CRM Team to deliver data for analysis.  To identify consumer segmentation.

  • University degree in science/biology is an advantage
  • Degree in marketing, business, or science discipline preferred.
  • 5 years of marketing, particularly in Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing (FMCG), medical marketing.
  • Product experience preferences: consumer products, Over-The-Counter drugs, infant products, pharmaceutical, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis and event management
  • Team player that enjoys collaborating with internal, external partner teams, KOL, medical professionals and event agency.
