Our client, a European Electronic Brand covering home care and personal care, a No. 1 player in the market, is seeking a HK & Taiwan Sales Manager to drive sales and head up the distributor management.
 
This brand has explosive potential in hotels, shopping malls, residential projects, facilities, etc.  
 
As the lead position, you will manage and partner with distributors on exploring these opportunities by formulating sales strategy, trade marketing initiatives, promotion program, channel management and such.  
 
This is a great opportunity for sales professionals with experience in electronic bands, home appliances, property projects sales to join a European Brand and head up both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
 
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in business or other subjects.

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Our client, a Construction Company, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement team for the Hong Kong operation.

This opportunity offers opportunity to be the head of purchasing department and lead a team of purchasing professional to drive procurement strategy and end to end operation.

Responsibilities:
  • To establish and develop executive level partnerships with internal departments and vendors to achieve long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and hold the team accountable as they drive these initiatives while helping them navigate through strategy shifts, as necessary.
  • Formulate long-term category strategies, develop metrics to track performance of the team and for innovating in the procurement space for scaling the business with company’s growth.
  • Drive results through methods that include competitive bidding, negotiating, and analyzing data and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, advantage is given to Procurement or Logistics.
  • At least 2nd person in charge of procurement team with from construction, utilities, facilities management, telecommunication carriers, etc.
  • Experience with creating Procurement systems, processes and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in a metrics-oriented environment and an ability to create, track, and report out on metrics
  • Strong leader who can drive category strategies, develop pricing models, and can influence across all levels of an organization

You will cover both Hong Kong and Taiwan.

You will:

  • Drive marketing strategy and plan for top retailers such as Retail Chains, Home Appliances Stores and Beauty Chains.
  • Manage a small team of marketing staff
  • You will design and author plan to give the brand an excellent presentation to retail consumers, objectives are to brand the products to be a No.1 choice and game changer in Beauty Care.
  • Manage and lead all retail marketing campaigns: Instore Branding, Trade Promotion, Events.
  • You will formulate and allocate advertising budget.


You are:

This is an opportunity for Current Senior AR/Credit Control Executive to take a step up.

Preference is given to background from IT, Telecom, Information Services, Data Center, property management industries.


 

You will:

  • To establish a new system, consolidate AR records and formulate management reports.
  • To work with top Corporate Clients on Credit matters.
  • Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past-due account, sending follow-ups, suspension letters and supporting documents
  • To partner with other departments to understand and solve credit issues.
  • Support revenue analysis and billing matters

Requirements

  • • Tertiary Education / Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines
  • • 5 years of credit control and AR experience
  • • 8-10 years working experience in related field, with 2-3 years working experience in supervisory level
