Our client, a US Home Appliances Brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, to head up the Talent Acquisition for the Hong Kong market.

This is a new position that offers a window for Talent Acquisition to join a Listed US Company and a Market No.1 player in the home appliances sector.

Beside end-to2end recruitment, you develop strategy for regional TA.  


 

You will:
 

  • A key partner in building the growing recruiting function within People, Culture, and Business.
  • Responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of operations, providing timely talent acquisition consultation, resources, and support to all departments.
  • Consultation involves candidate sourcing plans, interview plans and guides, and facilitating the candidate assessment process through to the offer stage.
  • Author TA strategy and drive projects.
  • Establish professional realtionship with internal and external partners,  create processes, integrate new tools, build networks and deliver the best candidate experience.

You are:

  • Degree holder in business administration, human resources, or other relevant subjects.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an in-house environment.
  • Experience in TA strategy-making and other HR projects.
  • Industries preference: home appliances, consumer products, electronics, retail, etc.
  • This is an interesting opportunity with growing business in the home appliances sector and a MNC environment.

600K - 680K per annual

Director HRBP - US Retail Brand Southern China, HK & TW

Our client, a US Retail Brand, a No. 1 player, is seeking a Director HRBP for the Southern China, HK & Taiwan markets.

This is a Senior HR Position for candidate with strong retail background to join a No. 1 US Retail Company, lead and manage HR initiatives for Greater China while stationing in Hong Kong.

You will:

  • As a forward-looking HR professional supporting high growth organisation, serve as a strategic business partner to local and regional leadership by developing and delivering integrated and inclusive HR Services such as: Strategy Development, Organisation Design, Talent Management, Organisation Effectiveness, Change & Transition Management and Functional HR Integration.

You are:

  • Experience in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan Markets is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese


12.M – 1.5M per annual

Accounting Officer / Office Administration – Korean Food Company

Hong Kong

A Korean Food Company is seeking an Accounting Officer/ Office Administration.  
Work location is in Kwai Chung.



 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare and review daily entries
  • Prepare month-end account reconciliations & post month-end accrual, and make corrections of any discrepancies,
  • Manage cash flow
  • Preparation of interim and quarter group financial reports
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Perform full spectrum in Human Resources function (recruitment, payroll, MPF, tax filing, etc.)
  • Handle general office administration work
  • New System development
  • Support for oversea members’ working visa renewal and other local support
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • Trading fields over 10 years or related working experience.
  • Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines or above
  • Experience in Trading/ Korean companies is preferred
  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and English Or Korean speaking environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Immediate available is preferred
 
25K – 28K + 2 months bonus

Responsibilities:

  • To establish and develop executive level partnerships with internal departments and vendors to achieve long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and hold the team accountable as they drive these initiatives while helping them navigate through strategy shifts, as necessary.
  • Formulate long-term category strategies, develop metrics to track performance of the team and for innovating in the procurement space for scaling the business with company’s growth.
