You will:
  • To drive marketing plan of action throughout the year in order to meet brand
  • building and commercial objectives
  • Contribute to building the brand plans for the assigned Brand Portfolio 
  • Actively mine for insights to help feed into the brand planning process that
  • support management to make more informed, strategic decisions on the
  • brand
  • Work with marketing finance to track commercial delivery (P&L
  • management), and manage risks and opportunities in order to deliver the 
  • annual operating plan
  • Work with the insights team to track brand health and propose timely
  • corrective actions
You are:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of FMCG branding experience.  Preferably from Food & Beverage, Wine, Beer, personal care or others.
  • A passion for Brand Building and a curiosity for design/tends and innovative spirit
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

460K – 520K per annual

Working within the HR Team to the Head Of HR, you are offered an excellent opportunity to an experienced Generalist/TA/C&B HR professional to join the team that provides comprehensive operational Human Resources advice and guidance to managers and employees within the organization.


 

You will:
1. Assistant Manager or Manager, Talent Acquisition:


Acting as a key ambassador to the business, other key areas will include managing the company’s full recruitment lifecycle process, including talent attraction and onboarding, salary benchmarking, helping to define the company’s Employer Brand, as well as establishing the company’s Employee Value Proposition. This will be coupled with recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining diverse and international high potential employees across the business.

2. Assistant Manager, C&B:


Drive full spectrum of C&B functions and supervise the C&B team;
Oversee the payroll cycle and ensure payroll, MPF, taxation and leave management are processed professionally.
Lead C&B initiatives such as annual performance review, annual salary and bonus review, annual budgeting, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities;

You are: -

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' experience of HR management position from MNC preferably.
Solid experience in either Talent Acquisition or C&B
Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English.

Regional Supply Chain Officer

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Medical Device with No. 1 Market Share in the aesthetic industry, is opening up a new Regional Team and is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Officer to join and head up the APAC Supply Chain Operation.

You will work with a Global No. 1 Medical Brand with focus on Aesthetic Industry and partner with customers in the region.


 

 

You will:

  • Monthly review of forecast with commercial and other stake holders.
  • Communicate significant variances between financial and commercial forecasts and collaborate to establish alignment.
  • Coordinate and host the regional monthly S&OP meeting
  • Execute the order to cash process from placing customer order to invoicing and billing.
  • Be the contact for customer delivery issues and able to assist on solving
  • Coordinate all import/export clearance, warehouse operation, and distribution activities with 3rd party logistics service provider.
  • Inventory management - manage warehouse 3PL on reconciling inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between system.

You are:

  • University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or a related area
  • Good command of English language skills, verbally and written.  Fluency in Korean is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain role in multinational companies.
  • Experience with SAP/JDA, Microsoft D365, BPCS, Excel etc.
  • Travel opportunities.

As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be working with the Adult Care brands. This role is a great opportunity, providing lots of opportunity to grow and develop your marketing experience.

  • Provide support in implementing, communicating & evaluating the brand plans for the portfolio, you will also:
  • Lead and manage the communication development process with a digital first mind-set translating insight into a differentiated competitive positioning and manage agency relationships in this effort on key brands.
  • Take part in the event management process ensuring that key actions are taken and delivered on for key initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Monitoring market movements, social listening, trends and opportunities to feed directly into long term planning. Proactively share this with the marketing, supply chain and sales teams to understand brand performance in the current context.


You are:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, particularly major in marketing.  Other discipline is also welcome
  • At least 4 years of marketing from any FMCG Brands: Food & Beverage, Nutrition, OTC, personal care, etc.
  • Your already developed consumer led marketing experience will give you the experience you need to drive these great brands forward.
  • The ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Successfully delivered on KPIs in previous positions.
  • Passionate, tenacious, results focused and have exceptional communication skills.
  • You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach.


Great opportunity for marketing professionals with at least 4 years of experience to join a global FMCG Brand.  Less experience may be consider Senior Marketing Executive
