Marketing Manager Consumer Brand – Chinese Tourist Sector

Our client, a European Consumer Brand, a major player in the health and personal care category, is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Chinese tourist market. 

You will head a team of marketing professional to author and pilot marketing initiatives and direction to help the brands to reach the Chinese Tourist segment. 

You must have strong knowledge and experience in the branding and advertising environment with this audience, particularly the digital arena: Wechat, Weibo, and others.

This is a new position for this consumer brand, it is an excellent opportunity for marketers with at least 12 years of marketing and management experience to set up a new team and explore a new territory of the Chinese Tourists.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • At least 12 years of marketing / branding / digital marketing experience from consumer products.  Particularly with experience in: China Marketing, Chinese Tourists Market or  Southern China market.
  • Team Management experience
  • Industry background: Travel Industry, Amusement Park, Hospitality, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, etc.

700K – 900K per annual

Senior Digital Marketing Manager – European Consumer Brand

Our client, an European Consumer Healthcare Brand has opened up a new position, Senior Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to co-develop category defining campaigns that have impact and optimize digital presence. 

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Team management
  • Partnership with branding team, Communications, and creative agencies to optimize the brand presence and values across multiple channels – such as Social Media, Search, eCRM, medical healthcare community and physical and digital platforms. 
  • To team up with your global digital team, digital agency, platforms, tech companies and the Hong Kong brand teams to shape the digital journey of a US Healthcare Brand.
  • To drive and direct planning to carry out creative and media ideas in market
  • Inspire and develops marketing team and organization on Digital Marketing. 
  • Provide consultation to team on capability of the digital platform.
  • Drive the roll-out plan and feedback of key learnings in partnership with regions a for digital program across multiple digital platforms. 
  • Champion Digital internally, ensuring that digital channels are fully represented
  • You will drive the digital capability agenda while encouraging the Senior management to think Digitally by showcasing opportunities, strategy and results. 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, or other discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications. 
  • Experience from consumer products such as consumer pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty, food & beverage, infant formula, etc.
  • Must have command and passion for digital marketing strategy, best practices, trends and tools. 
  • Particular strengths in digital marketing include search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer, bloggers, and earned media campaigns, user generated content, relationship marketing, eCommerce, and use of web analytic, etc

Senior In-Store Designing Executive – European Consumer Technology Brand

Hong Kong

To cope with the recent expansion, our client, a European Consumer Technology Brand, with strong market share in the consumer electronic market, is inviting a Senior In-Store Designing Executive to manage the In-Store Theatre project for the Hong Kong Market.

This consumer brand with strong technology approach offers great support to the In-Store Theatre Team, so you will be fully supported.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Through in-store theatre project management, to engage customers by designing the interior and visual appearance of the store.  To tell the brand story and share product information.
  • Coaching employees on selling, merchandising and inventory awareness.
  • Designing custom spaces.
  • To partner with marketing and sales team, to drive and support sales opportunity.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of solid experience in in-store theatre (store project / VM) from multinational retail companies.
  • Degree holder in fine arts is an advantage.
  • Advantage is given to beauty and skin care product background.
  • Strong knowledge in colors coordination, patterns, and floor-sets
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English bot written and spoken.

Annual salary: HK$ 400K – 450K
