Senior HR Officer – HRIS

Hong Kong

Our client, a luxury retailer with strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Senior HR Officer – HRIS.

It is a great opportunity for HR professional with HRIS background to join a large organization to take lead in the HRIS, working with other teams and the external vendor on constantly improving the HR system.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager (C&B),
  • To act as a consultant to internal HR team on HRIS, translate the requirements to the IT Team and External Vendor on HRIS development, implementation and maintenance and other HR-related systems
  • To assist the HR Team on HRIS enhancement and implementation and provide administration support to C&B Team

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Computer Studies or related discipline,
  • Solid experience in HRIS implementation, system upgrade, compensation and benefits, HRIS management and administration, preferably in retail industry background.
  • MS office applications and database management.

300K – 340K per annual

Marketing Manager - Fashion Label

Our client, a up & coming fashion label is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the branding and PR function for the Market around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the global development and execution of all aspects of advertising, marketing & PR activities.
  • Develop marketing and PR plan to support the brand initiative.
  • Identify opportunity for product sponsorship, joint promotion and collaboration opportunities with the right parties
  • Draft, translate and develop seasonal marketing/PR materials & briefings for each country
  • To maximize PR exposure by press pitching tactics, seeking opportunities for media exposure.
  • Lead with media agency in development of advertisement strategy and in placement execution.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 5 years of experience in fashion marketing, knowledge in local fashion label brand or cosmetics brand marketing is preferred.
  • Regional experience is an advantage.
  • Hands on experience, able to connect & interact with agency.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is also an advantage

Regional Senior eCommerce Manager – Global Technology Brand

An exciting European technology consumer brand is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the eCommerce of Asia markets including Hong Kong.

 

This technology brand is up and coming with aggressive expansion around the globe and looking for candidates with high level of creativity and flexibility in trying new things.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own eCommerce goals, and lead the development and execution of the short to long term plans
  • Develop transactional capabilities of eCommerce sites and grow profitable online channels for the Asia markets with full P/L responsibilities
  • Work with online retailers and affiliate partners to maximize brand awareness, consideration, conversion and customer service
  • Design and execute digital marketing launch campaigns and programs that build brand awareness and equity through paid, owned and earned channels
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
