Our client, a US consumer healthcare brand, a number player, is seeking a Digital and CRM Manager.

You will manage a large team covering Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship (membership club) and Customer Service Team.

Reporting to the Head Of Marketing, you will drive strategic planning and execution of Digital and CRM which includes setting directions, planning & executing Digital and CRM programs to support the marketing strategies of the brands in Hong Kong.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital marketing manager with experience of consumer brands (cosmetics, beauty, healthcare, nutrition) who desires to move up as a team head and build upon an already successful foundation for a well-known, leading consumer Healthcare brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement initiatives include websites strategy and design, social media, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization and content.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaign across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives
  • Develop and communicate vision and strategy of CRM
  • Build and operate the requisite infrastructure to meet annual retention, loyalty and market share goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in digital marketing with background in brand communications and experience in digital marketing environment (web, social media, email marketing, mobile marketing and search)
  • Welcome experience from Cosmetics, Beauty, FMCG, Nutrition, etc.
  • Strong digital experience in website and social media
  • Solid skills and planning in contents and dialogue to communicate in digital communities
  • Partner with digital agencies and vendors
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and vision

Our client, a Global Fast Moving Consumer Goods firm, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead a particular retail group and manage a team of key account professionals.

You will manage a major Retailer Group in Hong Kong, drive sales initiatives,

formulate promotion strategy, trade marketing plan and joint promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with Key Chains in Hong Kong, with the buyers particularly, to work out the best sales / trade promotion plan in order to maximize sales.
  • To develop strategies on promotion, trade marketing and join promotional activities with external partners
  • To monitor closely competitors’ activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Have at least 6 years of Key Account Experience from a global brand, local brands or distributors.

Product Manager – A Global Health Brand

Our client, a Global Health brand name, is inviting a Product Manager to lead and manage the marketing function of the brand for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and work with a small team of marketing professionals to formulate and develop marketing initiatives. It includes ATL, BTL, Public Relation Events, in-store promotion, product development and such.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage New Product and Program Launches
  • Participate in marketing development and strategy development. 
  • Develop new programs that are both strategically and creatively compelling. Ensure timely offering and communication of programs. 
  • To drive this process through the Advertising Agency Team.
  • To develop in-store marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

Regional Visual Merchandising Manager - European Consumer Tech Brand

Our client, a European Consumer Technology Brand is inviting a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

You will take the lead to be responsible for all retail program including, visual merchandising, store environment and other program that contribute to a full customer in store experience.

Covering Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia Markets, you will work closely with local retailers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Sales Team and Marketing Team to formulate the best Retail Theatre Strategy. 
  • To lead a team of VM / Project staff.
  • Echo the product positioning, branding strategy and marketing direction from VM perspective.
  • Understand shoppers, with support from sales and marketing team, to identify in-store elements that influence consumer decision making
  • To create a stage at the retailers that can connect the consumers with the brand, the world of consumer technology.
  • To introduce an interactive environment at the retailers, so that it is accessible to the consumer to trail and experience the products.
  • Offer unique opportunity for retailers to have displays that stand out from other brands.  
  • Serve as the watch tower to ensure all VM plan implemented as agreed in the region.
  • To select and partner with local contractors.  Monitor expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • At least 8 years of experience in managing / delivering regional visual merchandising/ in-store project.  Industry preferences, fashion, luxury products, cosmetics, consumer electronics, etc.
  • Strong Leader with Team Management experience.
  • Strong project management with VM, display, POP, and others with retailers.
  • Know marketing.
  • Track record working with retailers, distributors, contractors in Asia.
  • Able to travel
