Assistant Digital Marketing Manager – Global Healthcare Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global Consumer Healthcare Brand is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

You will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to drive category that optimizes digital presence. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support to determine, develop and implement appropriate brand and model communication strategies that are integrated and support brand development and business priorities.
  • Responsible for the planning of’ digital media to drive awareness, familiarity and nameplate equity.
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to support the digital development of brand and new model launch campaigns
  • Work with agency partners to localise digital launch assets
  • Work closely with the Digital team to ensure alignment across online and offline media.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, or other discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications. 
  • Experience from consumer products such as consumer pharmaceutical, healthcare, beauty, food & beverage, infant formula, etc.
  • Must have command and passion for digital marketing strategy, best practices, trends and tools. 
  • Particular strengths in digital marketing include search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer, bloggers, and earned media campaigns, user generated content, relationship marketing, eCommerce, and use of web analytic, etc.

500K – 550K per annual

Product Manager – A Global Child Nutrition Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global Baby Food Brand, is inviting a Product Manager to lead and manage the marketing function of the brand for the Hong Kong market and potentially the China market.

This is a global company but with a small operation in Hong Kong.  Reporting to the Regional head oversea, you will independently drive the marketing function, formulate the direction, initiatives and strategy.

This is a new position.

If you have a marketing background from baby food / child nutrition, this is a great opportunity for you to independently establish a new marketing game for a baby food brand with a solid history.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To establish a formal marketing function for the Hong Kong market
  • Formulate and direct marketing direction, strategy and initiatives.
  • Manage New Product and Program Launches
  • Drive digital strategy.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline

Marketing Director – Consumer Tech Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a European Tech brand is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the Hong Kong + one Asian Country.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting the Managing Dirctor of the region and to manage the marketing team.
  • Provides strategic oversight to the development of strategies and plans
  • The main driver of the development of the Marketing Team, including identifying purpose, roles, responsibilities, organizational teams, meetings and processes
  • Directs and oversees development of Marketing Plan with global counterparts to ensure a holistic segment business plan is deployed to the organization
  • Collaborates and engages with Executive Team on key issues
  • Participates as an active member in the Global Marketing meetings
  • Digital marketing as the major marketing channel.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Marketing / Business Administration) from an accredited university.
  • English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) proficiency required.
  • At least 8 years of consumer branding experience with at least 5 years’ senior level with global brands
  • Solid experience in influencing all levels of a global organization
  • Diverse experience across multiple countries
  • Outstanding coaching and people leadership capabilities
  • Experience in leading strategy development in line with corporate strategic direction
  • Marketing experience including brand development, strategy, planning, 4P (pricing strategy, distribution, product and visibility) development and execution including new product development.
  • Experience form FMCG, beauty products, consumer electronics, etc.
  • Digital marketing experience is a must.

 

This is a management team position

This is an innovative consumer tech brand with excellent prospect.

Annual salary: 800K – 1M.  Higher salary can be considered with senior candidate.

Senior Manager – Data Center Service Management

Hong Kong

Our client, a major Data Center in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Service Management Manager for the Data Center Operation.

This opportunity offers candidates with at least 12 years of IT experience to become part of the senior management team.

You will be the lead to the NOC and Customer Service, you drive the service quality. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 50 staff in both operation and Customer Service
  • Deliver quality service to customers from around the globe
  • Guide, train and educate data staff on the best practices related to all service owner issues
  • Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, science, or other relevant subjects.
  • At least 12 years of management experience, particularly from Data Center, Telecom Carriers or other technology firms.
  • Knowledge in ITIL, ISO9000, 20000, 27001, or relevant standard.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken).
