Trade Marketing Manager – FMCG (Personal Care Brand)

Our client a global famous Global Organization has developed a FMCG division for the Hong Kong market.  As a FMCG principal, it has already introduced a personal care brand to the Hong Kong market and has achieved excellent market share among big players.  Now this company has decided to expand the FMCG realm and determine to soar. 

With the up & coming expansion, our client is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager.  Directly report to the Managing Director, you will author the marketing strategy and develop the category direction for all personal care / beauty brands. 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of trade marketing experience from any global FMCG brand preferably beauty and consumer products
  • Strong experience in trade promotion planning, in-store theatre strategy, category management, etc.
  • Opportunity to work in a start-up environment, you will gain strong autonomy and freedom to establish a new business. 
  • Partnership with distributors.

Assistant Sales Manager (General Trade) – Global Food & Beverage Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global Food & Beverage brand is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (General Trade) to lead the General Trade Business through partnering, managing and guiding distributors. 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage distributors on all General Trade / Open Trade Accounts (local drug stores) for Hong Kong
  • To act as the head and coach of the sales team from the distributors, for monitoring their performance including call route optimization, sales target setting, sales achievement tracking & coaching joint call.
  • To work closely with marketing team and communicate market information and develop the best sales strategy and trade marketing plan for general trade and open trade.
  • Formulate annual open trade sales plan to achieve continuous improvement in sales operation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferred, but candidate with solid experience also considered.
  • At least 6 years of general trade / open trade experience, has strong experience working with general trade owners.  Able to identify decision makers and have strong relationship with them.
  • Experience with FMCG distributors is a strong advantage.

Senior IT Security Manager

Hong Kong

Our client, a famous company in Hong Kong with strong presence in China and the rest of Asia is seeking a Senior IT Security Manager to lead a team of IT security professionals to develop a establish a new IT Security for the company that will drive security for the whole company.

This is a NEW position to set up the IT security management framework to ensure sufficient IT controls are in place to meet statutory, regulation and IT general control requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing development of IT security controls to safeguard the programs and data under the custody of IT, and maintain a library of IT control documents for security reviews and audit purpose
  • To set up program to increase IT Security education for the group.
  • To co-author strategy, policy, governance, network, compliance, architecture, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or other related disciplines. 
  • Master degree is a strong advantage
  • At least 10 years of IT security experience with at least 5 years managerial experience on information security and / or IT service management
  • Familiar with security standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Certified in CISSP, CRISC and CISA is preferred
  • Possess experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, vulnerability assessment, incident management, ITIL change, configuration and release management
  • Experience of cyber security contractor / vendor negotiations and handling cyber security incidents is preferred
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Opportunity to travel in Asia.

Senior Trade Marketing Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand

A Global Food and Beverage Brand, a number 1 player in the Food and Beverage Brand, is seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Manager.  It is a HEAD position

You will lead the category management / trade marketing team for the company.

You will represent the department in management team, to collaborate with Marketing Team and Sales Team to develop profit driven strategy for the Food & Beverage business.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading development of the Category Management / Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives in product categories.
  • To guide and manage the trade marketing team.
  • Allocate resources for the team
  • Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
  • Contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
  • To work with other department heads, establish Key Chains and channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
