This is a growing US Healthcare brand with a stable working environment and growing business in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control, quality system set up for healthcare products.
  • Regulatory initiatives: product registration, labelling, compliance, etc.
  • To work with marketing team on regulatory-related task

Requirements:

  • Degree in science, or related discipline.
  • 3 years of quality control focus with some regulatory experience
  • Experience from consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, optical brands, etc.

This is a new position provides good flexibility and opportunity to set up a QA / RA position for Hong Kong with strong support from Asia Pacific Office.

System Engineer – No. 1 IT Service Provider

Hong Kong

Our client, a Information Technology Service Provider in Hong Kong is seeking a System Engineer. 

This is a No. 1 IT Service provider in Hong Kong with excellent exposure to technology and working with top-tier clients.

This position is a regular office hour position.  No shift duties required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical knowledge on system, IT security & network design administration
  • Implement and administrate Enterprise Infrastructure, Internet services, Platform services, Database services, IT Security services and Management Information System
  • Familiar in Windows Platform Support, O365 and Virtualization Technology (vmware)
  • Performs research, write, publish, and control configuration of manuals / documentation for technical design specification, equipment, system operation, and maintenance
  • Competent in IT infrastructure technology with experience in large-scale & complicated multi-platform systems

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in Systems Engineer, System Administration or System Support Engineering in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Familiar in Windows Platform Support, O365 and Virtualization Technology (vmware)
  • Solid Platform, IT Security & System administration and System Design skills
  • Solid experience with Window Server, Exchange Server, O365, Virtualization Technology
  • Experience in LINUX System is preferred
  • MCSE, LPI or CCNA qualification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify L&D requirements by understanding company’s direction and strategy. 
  • To understand frontline staff conditions in order to maximize impact of L&D initiatives. 
  • Particularly target potential supervisor staff.
  • To author curriculum and training design.  service standard, supervisory skills and leadership training.
  • Develop assessment mechanism to evaluate program effectiveness and deploy improvement plans
  • Facilitate classroom training and conduct on-site inspection and field coaching to enhance service standards and selling techniques in view of optimizing sales performance
  • Formulate L&D budget

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of Learning & Development experience from major retail company. 
  • Solid experience in designing curriculum, good insight pinpointing L&D impact that target company’s issues.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Both written and spoken).

520K – 600K per annual
