Our client a global Consumer Brand is seeking a Head Of Communication Strategy, Media & Insight.

This is a position to lead the Advertising & Creative Strategy, Media Strategy and Consumer Insight for the company to support marketing team across different categories.

Directly report to the Group Managing Director, you are the brain of the company to drive the communication strategy based on market and consumer insight.

Partner with brand team who are responsible for execution and delivery, you will provide guidance and expertise for brand team to develop marketing campaign. 

You will lead a team of experts in marketing, advertising / media and consumer research.

This opportunity offers management team opportunity.

To apply you must have at least 12 years of consumer marketing experience, mixed background from advertising agency, media agency and senior marketing position with any consumer brand, particularly from MNC (food, beverage, personal care, OTC, etc).

Team management experience.

Superior experience in consumer marketing, creative / advertising strategy, media strategy (digital included, of course!), consumer insight, product innovation. 

900K – 1.2M per annual.

Consumer Insight and Innovation Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand

Hong Kong

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans within a number one Global Food and Beverage Brand. 

You will play an important role to the Management teams in interpreting market research results and contributing to action plans by driving specific research and analytical projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus, involvement, and consumer leadership in all business planning & execution, regional innovation pipeline, and reviewing business objectives.
  • To develop, manage, and execute research plans to support the business strategy of the brands and market.
  • Share and aid understanding of consumer learning and within the Marketing management team through collation and communication of consumer and shopper insights as well as relevant learning from other markets
  • Discuss consumer understanding needs with marketing management and recommend concrete research plans, methodologies, and key decision criteria and then lead the implementation of the actual research to meet those needs for assigned categories
  • Bring best in class communication effectiveness support. Provide input and feedback to creative briefs and copy development for TV and digital; recommend & execute appropriate research plans to explore and validate creative
  • In partnership with Marketing team, develop, screen and scale tactical brand-building initiatives that will drive brand penetration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science or engineering.
  • You have at least 5 years of either qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies.
  • Strong consumer insight background and a passion for this field. Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale research and budgets including: shopper research, local market activation research, deep understanding of retail data, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, consumer closeness, concept/product development,
  • Ability to communicate and present senior management.

Facility Engineer - Tech Company

Our client, a World Known Technology Center is seeking a Facility Engineer to supervise and allocate work order to a team of technicians to carry out building service, maintenance and repair. 

This company provides technology services to financial institutes and world class companies.

You will:

  • Manage and assign / allocate job order to a team of building service technicians.  To Performs maintenance on site infrastructure and manages vendors.
  • To utilize and provide your expertise in E&M and guide the team.  And schedule and implement planned maintenance.
