Senior Sales Manager – A European Food & Beverage Brand

Our client, a European Food & Beverage, a strong player in food and beverage, is inviting a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Key Chain Key Account Team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers, to provide direction, objectives, sales strategy for the team. 

Partnership with major all supermarkets, convenience stores, retail chains, etc.

You will participate in management meeting in order to work with the marketing and trade marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide guidance, direction and leadership to the key account team in order achieve sales target
  • To represent the team to hold regular meeting with other team heads (marketing and trade marketing), to develop an effective sales and marketing plan.
  • To work with management from the super market in order to present company's strategy and direction

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of Key Account / Supermarket / Key Chain experience in Hong Kong from a multinational FMCG company.

Real Estate Manager - European Luxury Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a European Luxury Brand is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead the Real Estate / Retail Store Rental Strategy for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
This is Department Head Position.
 

You will provide all support to the Hong Kong Managment with stores rental management Hog Kong, Macau and Taiwan to support all business development activities of the brand and to support on retail strategic real estate activities. 

Responsibilties:

  • Responsible for understanding store development needs of the brand and propose solutions for them accordingly.
  • Evaluating, selecting and negotiating commercial terms and lease provisions for all retail spaces including shops, office and relocations.
  • Responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with property owners and agents.
  • Acting as the retail development "knowledge-bank" .
  • Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the Real Estate team Store Business Development by managing contacts database, reviewing lease offer and tenancy agreements, as well as setting up internal and external meetings with brands and landlords.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Law or Architecture
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in retail business development or real estate investment and brokerage firm, preferably working for a retailer
  • High Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Power Point and Excel
  • Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analysis

You will:

  • To forge business connections and partnerships for personal introductions to the Head of School with key employers and business developers to maximise pupil recruitment opportunities.
  • To head up the marketing and communication department and drive initiatives: marketing and communication direction, the digital realm, brand values, and apply to the school’s philosophy.
  • To partner with faculty staff to identify school’s strength and positioning in Hong Kong
  • To forge business connections and with KOL and community to utilize pupil recruitment opportunities.
  • To lead the work on pupil and parent Journey Mapping with the objective of evangelizing school values, philosophy and education goals.

 

You are:

  • At least 8 years of Marketing Experience with a prestigious brand, (FMCG particularly).  Solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, branding building, public relation, etc.
  • Must have management team experience from a large organization.
  • Experience to establish professional relationship with KOL and professional bodies.
  • Ability to produce both English and Chinese copy writing.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
  • Marketing professional from Consumer Products (FMCG) is an advantage
