Product Manager – US Pharmaceutical Brand

Our client, a US Pharmaceutical Brand is seeking a Product Manager to drive an assigned pharmaceutical Brands.

Your expertise, coupled with advanced technologies and collaboration with innovative pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare brands, will help bring life-enhancing products to the market of Hong Kong.

The Product Manager leads the marketing plan development and execution and market data analysis.

You will:

  • Develop and drive implementation of marketing strategy to achieve BD win targets and business unit revenue targets
  • Ensure full understanding and stay abreast of small molecule outsourcing trends, customer needs, and competitive environment; develop appropriate product positioning, key benefits, and customer targets.
  • Partnering with sales to create marketing tactics to support the marketing strategy, lead generation and increase awareness through trade shows, customer events, digital campaigns (webinars, eblasts, social media) and print, PR etc.

Work closely with sales team to ensure awareness of the marketing plan, and gather input to develop effective marketing activties. Ensure adoption and proper usage of the sales aids.

You are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; master’s degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience particularly in pharmaceuticals, particularly, women’s health, Cardiovascula to primary care, etc.

Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Global Personal Care Brand

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a critical role in growing the business through strategic analysis, financial and strategic planning and proactive and comprehensive recommendations to management team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
  • Driver of both financial and management accounting
  • Costing, Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal control
  • As a Financial Expert to formulate partnership with department heads to produce analysis Company and budgeting process, P&L reviews, key performance indicator reports, and evaluation and tracking of new initiatives.
  • Drive the annual business plan preparation
  • Support and analyze financial forecasting processes for the P&L activities
  • To identify opportunities to optimize business processes
  • To partner with sales team to formulate 
  • Work with auditor, tax advisor and other external parties to ensure company’s legal requirements are properly met.
  • Cross departmental projects such inventory management and distributor performance, pricing analysis, cost of sales, marketing and promotional reviews.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.  
  • Preferably with experience from any global food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical service, equipment companies, over-the-counter drugs, etc.
  • A potential leader with vision and able to drive and inspire.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills plus an ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Inventory Management is a must.
