As the market leader in Asia, they are looking for a top client servicing / sales candidate to be par of the Global Account Team to provide account services to international hotel groups and major hotels in Hong Kong and Macau.
Responsibilities:
- Drive service solutions to customers and sales team to support business growth
- Handle clients’ enquiries, sales order and in charge of the client servicing
- Work closely with supervisor for quality service delivery, customer retention, growing existing account add-on sales, route productivity and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain & cultivate good business relationship with existing accounts (60%) while exploring and developing new accounts (40%)
Requirements
- Degree holder or Diploma level in any discipline
- Min 6 years of service selling to international hotels group and major hotels
- Able to work in an international environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
800K – 1M per annual
