Our client, a global Lingerie Brand, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Brand and Digital Marketing initiatives and optimize exposure (Online & Offline).

This is a new position, you will own the creation and execution of your marketing plan. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • To author and pilot the marketing plan and direction.
  • Partner with sales and merchandising team to identify the product position and the best marketing strategy.
  • Investigate and identify the effective etailers from around the globe and create the best digital marketing strategy.
  • Build presence in the digital realm: social network, market place, and many others.
  • Partnership with digital team and take lead in advertising agency.   
  • To analyze market and sales data in order to pinpoint business opportunity and market gap.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration or other discipline
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience from fashion label, underwear, consumer products, etc. Global marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Digital marketing experience, partnership with etailers. 
  • Strong skill in data analysis.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (Spoken and Written)

Our client, a European Skincare Medical Brand, is seeking a Medical Marketing Manager to lead the medical professional marketing function for the brand.

Your main objective is to market the brand and gain visibility and endorsement from Key Opinion Leaders and medical professionals from Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, General Out-Patient Clinics, etc.

This is a No.1 player in the consumer medical sector, so you will gain solid marketing exposure in a stable business environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • To promote the brand and product visibility in clinics.
  • Seek medical recommendation from medical professionals to patients.
  • Act as a key advisor to team members and internal stakeholder on professional marketing.
  • To lead event strategy and direction, identify the best events for potential consumers.
  • To foster relationship with Key Opinion Leaders for endorsement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in science/biology/BA.

Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – European Company

Our client, a European Company with strong presence in Asia Pacific, is seeking a Senior Regional Acquisition Manager, to lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and direction for the Asia Pacific region.

This is a Strategic role (not hands-on), to develop and formulate Talent acquisition strategy.  Provide talent long-term planning and be the forefront of recruitment technology. 

You will:

  • Key driver for the APAC Talent team in formulating the long-term TA strategy.  Developing excellent talent sourcing, attraction and selection practices so to cope with the expansion in the region

Your are:

  • Degree holder in human resources, psychology, business administration, etc.

  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills, future-oriented perspectives, framework thinking.

Our client, a Hong Kong listed company is seeking a Financial Controller - to base in Shanghai and manage the China operation.

Must be Qualified Accountant and Company Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Stationed in Shanghai
  • Report to the Head of the company
  • Lead and manage a finance and company secretary team.
  • Provide leadership and management to the financial team on accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, company secretary functions
  • Provide sound commercial and financial insights and recommendations based on the financial analysis and business benchmarking for management team.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with HK listing rules and regulations, smooth communication with executive and non-executive directors.
