Our client, a US Listed Food & Beverage Brand, is looking for a Sales & Trade Marketing Manager to head up the Trade Marketing Initiatives for a Consumer Health Brand.

This is a Number Healthcare Brand, this company provides a stable environment with great prospect.

 

 

You will:

  • To develop sales and trade marketing activities for key chains, and general trade.
  • To analyze sales data (data from research agencies), identify potential opportunities and develop targeted trade marketing strategy
  • To partner with supermarket chains, CVS, Ecommerce channels, Japanese Stores, etc to formulate strategic partnership.  
  • To formulate promotion plans & programs, specifically for targeted customers
  • To provide space management presentation, and solution for gain volume and share objectives
  • To establish professional relationships with key accounts.
  • May manage a small team for candidate who has team management experience.


Requirements:

  • University graduate.  Preference is given to business administration and statistics degree.
  • At least 6 years of trade marketing / category management / key account / sales experience in FMCG
  • Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office and communication skills
  • Excellent English and Chinese

Our client, a Global Beverage Brand, is seeking a Sales Director to lead a large team of Sales Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Supervisors, and merchandisers.
 
This is a Major Beverage Brand, with No. 1 Market Share, not just Hong Kong, but all over the world.  
 
This is a great opportunity for FMCG (particularly in Food & Beverage Brand), with at least 10 years of sales management experience and solid channel experience such as supermarkets, CVS, Japanese stores, restaurants, entertainment, gas stations, etc.
 
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in business administration, management studies, or other discipline.
  • At least 12 years of FMCG / Global Consumer Brand experience particularly in key account / sales management position.

You must have at least 8 years of Sales Team experience from Global Pharmaceutical Company with solid team management experience, particularly in leadership & training and sales experience with key account and general trade.

You will:

  • Lead a sales team of 4-5
  • Distributors management
