Our client, a Luxury Shopping Mall, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the eCRM initiatives for membership marketing. 

Report to the Marketing Team Head, you will drive the CRM strategy on Customer Marketing.  This company emphasizes on digital strategy, developing online and mobile apps are the main tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • To understand and identify opportunity the member data base, develop method on segmentation and search for business opportunity. 
  • Formulate CRM strategies to achieve business goals and maximize business return
  • Identifying business insights from data so as to drive customer segmentation and capitalize untapped opportunities
  • Put together and carry out usage usage campaigns to ensure high level of customer experience.
  • Bring a high level end to end customer journey

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business or other discipline
  • At least 8 years of CRM / Digital marketing experience from retail, shopping mall and consumer products with strong emphasis on CRM / digital marketing
  • University or above.
  • 8 years or above with solid marketing fundamentals and experience from FMCG, or skin care industry
  • Strong experience in CRM data analysis, digital and mobile app understand.
  • Experience to work with digital marketing agency, apps developers.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English

520K – 580K per annual

An exciting European technology consumer brand is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the eCommerce of Asia markets including Hong Kong.

 

This technology brand is up and coming with aggressive expansion around the globe and looking for candidates with high level of creativity and flexibility in trying new things.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own eCommerce goals, and lead the development and execution of the short to long term plans
  • Develop transactional capabilities of eCommerce sites and grow profitable online channels for the Asia markets with full P/L responsibilities
  • Work with online retailers and affiliate partners to maximize brand awareness, consideration, conversion and customer service
  • Design and execute digital marketing launch campaigns and programs that build brand awareness and equity through paid, owned and earned channels
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
  • Responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the e commerce website

Our client, a Luxurious Shopping Mall in Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Membership Manager to drive the management and operation of the membership club for the customers.

Reporting to the marketing head, this exciting opportunity is to drive the customer / membership management and customer service to the top tier clients, you will have the opportunity to initiate CRM program such as promotion, customer communication (DM, eDM, mobile communication and many others).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive a service call center in delivering consistent and high quality service for consumers in Hong Kong
  • To drive customer centricity program, to design the work flow from new member application, communication strategy such as mobile app, and reward redemption or customer communication.
  • Partner with Marketing to explore business opportunities, identifying potential customer segment and align with customer service team, drive program for retail brands/ categories,
  • To be involved in in marketing programs or events;
  • Prepare customer communications material for members such as rewards redemption, card renewal, etc.
  • May gain the frontline customer service exposure and work directly with top tier customers.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary graduate with +5 years working experience in the customer service or FMCG or banking operation.
  • Strong customer-centricity attitude yet keen on achieving goals with integrity.
  • Experience in designing customer marketing work flow or CRM program
  • Strong data analysis with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer facing experience from property management or hospitality is an advantage.

Demand Planner

Hong Kong

A Global Garment Manufacturer is seeking a Demand Planner to report to the management team on formulating demand forecast:

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • To create forecast for customers on core/ replenishment programs
  • Perform statistical analysis on forecasts,
  • To drive analysis on sales performance, inventory level and forecast accuracy.
  • To perform cross-functional analysis to reconcile significant variances and update forecast model when necessary.
  • To work with management on creating input for developing product replenishment plan, inventory strategies

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferable in Supply Chain Management, Logistics/ Distribution or Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in demand planning, commercial analysis, inventory management logistics/ distribution or related specialty areas.
  • Excellent in written and spoken Chinese and English language.  Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in forecast/ planning solutions (e.g. JDA, i2, SAP APO, Manugistics, etc.)
