Senior Human Resources Officer - Generalist

Reporting to the Human Resources Team Head, you will help the organizational capability for specific business units.  

You will be part of the Generalist Team to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Leader on execution of people planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Assist to consult with management team to analyze and assess people needs of the organization and develop and implements strategies to meet those needs.
  • Participation in key training needs and development
  • Ensures positive employee relations by proactive employee communication, prompt issue resolution, etc.
  • Leverages and educates others on available technology, shared services, HR services and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in Human Resources.  Preference is given to retail, fashion, beauty industries
  • Demonstrates knowledge in Labor/Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Compensation, etc.
  • Requires effective oral and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Desire to develop HR career in a large organization and gain exposure in big corporation environment

300K – 340K per annual

Digital CRM Associate Manager – Global Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a global consumer brand is seeking a Digital CRM Manager.

You will be responsible for strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of targeted customer communications throughout key moments in the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience building a CRM program with consumer product  experience, a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external business partners, attention to detail and solid organization skills.

Familiarity with omni-channel digital execution is a plus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion the customer experience and define customer journeys and strategy for the loyalty programs.
  • Establish and manage, and lead cross-functional teams. 
  • Partner with technology team and vendors in the organization to build the data architecture, business rules and logic needed to develop CRM campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with the digital product team to provide business requirements and deliver projects on time and on schedule across all channels for CRM related programs. 
  • Partner with the digital channel activation team in the design and optimization o f both targeted and triggered communications across multiple channels including email, mobile and website. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years leading a CRM marketing team with experience including program management. 
  • Extensive experience implementing CRM marketing principles, processes, best practices, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing communications planning , segmentation methods, sequence and customer journey-building methods with “If/Then” query statements. 
  • Deep experience with CRM tools for campaign management, email marketing, marketing automation, business Intelligence and reporting. 
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnership and inspire collaboration.
  • Experience and proven success leading through influence and working with a team to achieve business goals. 
     

This is a 1-year contract position, flexibility is offered to the right candidate.
