Responsibilities:

  • You will provide administrative support to the marketing team on:
  • marketing campaigns, promotion & events.

Requirements:

A Listed US medical aesthetics company, decides to locate regional hub in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to expand the HK team and act as the HR hub for the region.

This is an exciting new position for HR Professional with at least 8 years of all-rounded HR experience and desires to work as a HRBP for a new operation under a US Listed Company.

You will:

  • Join as the first few members of the company, to partner with management to grow the company.
  • Develop HR Policy, strategy and run the HR Operation.
  • Manage payroll company on payroll administration

General Manager – Global Fashion Label

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global Fashion label is seeking a General Manager to head up the brand P&L for the major markets, North America, Europe and Asia.

Directly report to the CEO, you will drive eCommerce, sales & marketing, design, production, etc of the brand. 

You will provide leadership and guidance of the label to go into the global markets, with solid approach in eCommerce.

Develop and manage teams, to guide and inspire.

Communicate with supply chain, finance, IT and other departments to increase efficiency and to ensure quality and delivery as planned.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

You are:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 16 years of management experience from global fashion label, RTW, underwear, accessories, etc.

Vice President Service Management – Listed Data Center

Our client, a Listed Data Center Service Provider, is seeking a Vice President Service Management. 

This DC has a No. 1 player in Hong Kong with multiple sites and global clientele. 

This is a management position.

Responsibilities:

  • To head up the customer service and delivery team, to develop strategy and CRM program to
  • To ensure clients’ inquiries, requests, incidents to be fulfilled.  To Efficiently manage and allocate right resources with the customer service and delivery team.
  • You will drive the frontline service as well as delivery services for the company with the whole Data Center operation.  To set performance criteria, direction and objectives.
  • This is a management team position

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, engineer, information technology or other discipline.
  • At least 12 years of Data Center / Telecommunication / IT industry experience, particularly in support, delivery, customer service.
  • Experience to work with global clients, FSI, cloud service provider, IT, and others. 
  • Knowledge in Service model and best practices, such as ITIL, ISO9000, 20000, 27001, etc.
  • Management experience is a must
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

This is a No. 1 player in the Data Center business with strong potential and resources.
