Senior Trade Marketing Manager – Major Beer Brand

Our client, a No. 1 beer brand in Hong Kong with strong market share, is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to head up the channel / trade marketing division for restaurants and general trade business.

This is a management opportunity for wine & spirit, liquor, beer, f & b or tobacco marketing professional to join a No. 1 beer brand in Hong Kong & Southern China to develop effective channel marketing strategy that penetrate the HORECA and General Trade Markets.

You will:

  • Lead a team of 4-6 marketing professionals to provide leadership and vision and to direct and lead the Channel Marketing team
  • To partner with sales and branding team, with provided data and information, to identify trade marketing opportunity of the brand and author effective strategy.
  • Develop trade marketing program and events with the team and lead the implementation
  • Form partnership and lead with HORECA and GT clients, sales & brand team, logistics, promoters team and vendors to deliver trade marketing activities.

You are:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 7 years of trade marketing / channel marketing from wine & spirit, liquor, beer, F&B, tobacco industry.
  • Solid experience and connection with HORECA clients or General Trade.
  • Management experience of at least 3 staff or up.
  • Proven skills in business analysis, identifying opportunity and data interpretation.

Main Task:

  • Support and develop partnership with department head to implement HR initiatives in line with the Company's strategic and operational objectives.

Our client, a European Skincare Medical Brand, is seeking a Medical Marketing Manager to lead the medical professional marketing function for the brand.

Your main objective is to market the brand and gain visibility and endorsement from Key Opinion Leaders and medical professionals from Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, General Out-Patient Clinics, etc.

This is a No.1 player in the consumer medical sector, so you will gain solid marketing exposure in a stable business environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • To promote the brand and product visibility in clinics.
  • Seek medical recommendation from medical professionals to patients.
  • Act as a key advisor to team members and internal stakeholder on professional marketing.
  • To lead event strategy and direction, identify the best events for potential consumers.
  • To foster relationship with Key Opinion Leaders for endorsement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in science/biology/BA.

Our client, a US Consumer Health brand is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to drive marketing initiatives and to develop and lead the functions of branding, marketing ATL, BTL, digital marketing, product development, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen and develop a deep understanding of Hong Kong consumers and generate new insights. Ensure local resonance and global consistency of the brand.
  • Define the brand action plan to drive awareness & growth and build vision / expansion model
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the brands and activate the right launches / campaigns to achieve the objectives.
  • Collaborate strongly with Digital / E-comm and E-retail teams to accelerate online visibility & engagement.


Requirements:

  • Experience preferably within a consumer driven and FMCG environment (OTC, beauty, skin care, personal care, home care, infant formula, food & beverage, etc).  Minimum of 3 years.

Our client, a European Homecare brand, is seeking a Marketing Director to head up a strong Homecare Brand for the Hong Kong market.

This European Brand has strong market share in Hong Kong and is dedicated to expand the market by brand rejuvenation supported by large investments.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a small marketing team covering product management, trade market, and Digital team.
  • To research and identify potential market of Hong Kong and develop a brand new strategy for the brand.
  • To author a brand rejuvenating direction for the brand to be in touch with a larger consumer segments and higher value market.
  • Give leadership to a marketing team to formulate and execute marketing initiatives.  Foster a team building and career development culture for the team.
  • To partner with headquarter from Europe on brand positioning, allocate resources and global marketing strategies.
  • To work closely with other departments, such as sales & retail operation, logistics, I.T, finance and others in order to deliver an effective marketing strategies.
