Retail Operation Manager – Global Luxury Brand

Our client, a global luxury brand, with strong presence around the globe, is seeking a Retail Operation Manger to oversee the retail operation for Hong Kong market.

This is a great opportunity for retail manager with strong experience in management and formulating retail team.

 

Responsibilities

  • To formulate retail policies/procedures to achieve business objectives and enforce operational directives
  • To formulate, review incentive scheme and to maximize team incentive.
  • To conduct sales planning and analysis e.g. KPIs performance
  • To oversee manpower allocation strategy, recruitment plan and training
  • Stock control plan
  • Stock flow management and replenishment
  • To drive CRM initiatives and VIP program

Requirements

  • 8 years retail operations experience, particularly from luxury brands such as watch / jewelry, high fashion and such.
  • Retail management trainee background is a plus.
  • Strong track record in retail management with good organization skills, experienced with managing and motivating teams
  • Natural born leader and ability to manage large team.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred

Regional Project Engineering Manager - Capital Expenditure and Expansion Projects

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Personal Care Brand, having regional office in Hong Kong, is seeking a Regional Project Engineering Manager to head up the capital expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a new position
  • To oversee and manage capital expansion and project review for factories located over Asia.
  • Safeguard design standards in capital projects such as EOHS, Quality and others.      
  • Ensure design specifications are provided for all major capital purchases.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance communication between engineers and other departments, particularly Technology Transfer process.  This includes the time lines set by management, resources allocation and other deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering
  • 8 years or above experience from any similar position.  Background from consultant firm is also considered.
  • Must have experience in capital expenditure and expansion in factory program. 
  • Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is a strong advantage.

It is a great opportunity for Engineering Manager candidate to join a famous US Company on a regional level.

Responsibilities

Global Marketing Director – Global Fashion Label

Our client, a Global Fashion Label is seeking a Global Marketing Director to lead the branding and PR function for the Market around the globe.

The Director is to articulate the brand voice. To develop public relation and branding strategy on digital, fashion editorial and visual merchandising.  You will manage a marketing/PR team and partner with other internal and external parties to bring the fashion label to life. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage branding / marketing team to develop editorial, print, and digital marketing plan and execute on fashion stories.
  • Drive the PR team to ensure alignment on key fashion messages each season through all outlets.
  • Ensure a consistent fashion message while providing options to suit local needs.
  • Partner with the visual merchandising team as needed to carry window looks.
  • Identify emerging trends and translate into seasonal looks
  • Become embedded in the merchandising, design, and buying teams to maintain an in depth knowledge of monthly collections, key investments, and high impact pieces.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Global Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to work at an iconic brand undergoing an exciting transformation. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a critical role in growing the business through strategic analysis, financial and strategic planning and proactive and comprehensive recommendations to Hong Kong Head Of Finance and CEO.

You will have high visibility to senior leadership, directly contribute to the analyses driving decision-making across the business and regularly collaborate on projects with multiple departments, including sales & marketing, supply chain and information technology. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual business plan preparation,
  • Support and analyze financial forecasting processes for the P&L activities
  • To identify opportunities to optimize business processes
  • To partner with sales team to formulate sales analysis
  • Company and budgeting process, P&L reviews, key performance indicator reports, and evaluation and tracking of new initiatives.
  • Work with auditor, tax advisor and other external parties to ensure company’s legal requirements are properly met.
  • Cross departmental projects such inventory management and distributor performance, pricing analysis, cost of sales, marketing and promotional reviews.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis. 
  • Preferably with experience from any global food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical service, equipment companies, over-the-counter drugs, etc.
  • A potential leader with vision and able to drive and inspire.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills plus an ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
