Our client, a Global Consumer Medical Brand, is seeking a Medical Marketing Manager to lead the medical professional marketing function for the brand.

This is a trusted consumer medical brand around the globe.

Your main objective is to market the brand to potential customers through medical event, endorsement from Key Opinion Leaders and medical professionals. 

This is a No.1 player in the consumer medical sector, so you will gain solid marketing exposure in a stable business environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consumer marketing team to develop medical marketing strategy for medical events, member events, clinics to gain product exposure and acquire new customers.
  • Provide coordination and event management on events.
  • Act as a key advisor to team members and internal stakeholder on professional marketing.
  • Assist to event management and help to identify the best events for potential consumers.
  • To carry out program that brings positive influence on Key Opinion Leaders in order to gain endorsement

Requirements:

  • University degree in science/biology is an advantage
  • Degree in marketing, business, or science discipline preferred.
  • 5 years of marketing, particularly in Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing (FMCG), medical marketing.
  • Product experience preferences: consumer products, Over-The-Counter drugs, infant products, pharmaceutical, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis and event management
  • Team player that enjoys collaborating with internal, external partner teams, KOL, medical professionals and event agency.

Our client, a US Consumer Healthcare Brand has opened up a new position, Digital Marketing Manager to explore the digital presence of the brand in the competitive and yet fast growing digital community.

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will leverage your expertise and dedicated experience to co-develop category defining campaigns that have impact and optimize digital presence. 

Responsibilities:

  • To team up with your global digital team, digital agency, platforms, tech companies and the Hong Kong brand teams to shape the digital journey of a US Healthcare Brand.
  • Through working with branding team, Communications, and creative agencies to optimize the brand presence and values across multiple channels – such as Social Media, Search, eCRM, medical healthcare community and physical and digital platforms. 
  • To drive and direct planning to carry out creative and media ideas in market
  • Inspire and develops marketing team and organization on Digital Marketing.  Provide consultation to team on capability of the digital platform.
  • Drive the roll-out plan and feedback of key learnings in partnership with regions a for digital program across multiple digital platforms. 
  • Champion Digital internally, ensuring that digital channels are fully represented

You will play an important role to the Management teams in interpreting market research results and contributing to action plans by driving specific research and analytical projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus, involvement, and consumer leadership in all business planning & execution, regional innovation pipeline, and reviewing business objectives for Asia Pacific.
  • To develop, manage, and execute research plans to support the national business strategy of the brands and market
  • Share and aid understanding of consumer learning and within the Marketing management team through collation and communication of consumer and shopper insights as well as relevant learning from other markets
  • Discuss consumer understanding needs with marketing management and recommend concrete research plans, methodologies, and key decision criteria and then lead the implementation of the actual research to meet those needs for assigned categories
  • Bring best in class communication effectiveness support. Provide input and feedback to creative briefs and copy development for TV and digital; recommend & execute appropriate research plans to explore and validate creative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science or engineering.
  • You have at least 5 years of either qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies.
