The Retail Operations Manageris responsible for leading through brand’s mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth.

You manage and lead a team of District Manager and Operation Executives on all aspects of the operations of all retail stores, inclusive of manpower planning, staff selection, stock allocation, etc.

This position requires an experience retail sales leader for operational excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to quickly and efficiently lead the operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, inventory, and operational excellence.
  • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
  • Create an environment that inspires and encourages the growth and engagement of retail staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 7 years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience from luxury, beauty, cosmetic or personal care brand.
  • Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
  • Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others, and leading and influencing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Assistant Retail Manager – North American Apparel and Footwear Brand

Our client, a North American Fashion Label, is inviting a Retail Manager to drive the retail operation of direct retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau.

As the team leader of the sales function, you will be responsible to design and develop the sales strategy for the brand and general direction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To drive store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.
  • Proven ability to drive sales while meeting branding objectives, demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talent Associates and the sales team.
  • Proven ability to manage sales team.
  • Experience in customer service oriented retail environment and to provide high levels of customer service
  • To be part of the management team to input company strategy and partner with other department head to materialize company’s objectives.
  • Drive Sales Team to produce and analyze sales reports for management team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline

Assistant Marketing Manager, China – Global Personal Care Brand

Having strong presence in Asia, our client, a Global Skin Care / Personal Care Brand, is inviting an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing team for the China Market.

You will work closely with the Team Head to formulate and develop marketing initiatives, for the China market.  It includes ATL, BTL, digital, Public Relation Events, in-store promotion, product development and such.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a small marketing team to formulate and execute marketing initiatives.
  • To work closely with headquarter on product management, and global marketing strategy
  • To work closely with other departments, such as sales & retail operation, logistics, I.T, finance and others in order to deliver an effective marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Marketing experience for a global cosmetic, personal care products for at least 4 years of FMCG experience.
  • China experience is not a must, must have consumer marketing experience in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of planners for revenue and personal development success.
  • Create and optimize product assortments within the global range that will maximize potential for revenue and profit across Hong Kong markets and retail partners.
  • Partnership with a team of cross functional experts to the that include planning, product, marketing and sales team.
  • Create a merchandising strategy that identifies key items, trends, and product launches appropriate to the product category.
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis and sales performances in making merchandising strategies for future assortments.
  • Foster positive relationships with retail partners, soliciting feedback and insight as to strategy, trends and consumer reactions to product assortments and items.
  • Analyze and clearly communicate competitive positioning, market, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in fashion, business administration preferred.  Other discipline is also considered.
  • At least 10 years of buying, merchandising, retail planning, allocation / assortment, experience from any fashion / apparel / footwear brands. Global label is a must.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborative effectively.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written.

Our client, a Global No. 1 Apparel Brand, is inviting a Store Project Manager to lead and manage store development team for the Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of Store Development Professionals, give leadership, guidance, vision and team management.
  • Produce and manage design and design development for new existing retail stores and renovations; from initial design concept thru project opening.
  • Drive team to monitor vendors / design agencies: design, construction, drawing review, sample review, as well as, budget and schedule maintenance.
  • Main drive of projects program requirements with in-house departments: Merchants, Visual and Operations.
  • Formulate and monitor projects and budget.
  • Networks with other business groups (brand teams, headquarter, local contractors, landlords and government authorities)to identify gaps and synergies and suggest process and communication improvements. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in architecture or fine arts.  Other discipline with relevant experience is also welcome.
  • With at least 8 years in store project management, store planning, store development experience.  Background from fashion, apparel, sportwear is a must.
  • Technical skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup or other 3D software and rendering, advanced Adobe Creative Suite and such.
  • Solid managerial and project management
