This position is to offer a one to one personalized luxury shopping experience that is catering to VIP Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • To communicate with the client through digital, mail outs, customer correspondence and telephone calls
  • Partner with client-facing sales professionals to help identify the needs of the client and to provide the highest standards of service. 
  • Help identify product needs for clients and to deepen the loyalty of clients.
  • Outreach as a means to grow the business. 
  • Present account plans to the senior management team to gain approval and commitment. 
  • Develop effective processes and procedures, while utilizing systems to record and report out on progress. 
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and up to date records of all client approaches and activity – to include financial benefits of the client support as appropriate. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of luxury retail experience and understanding of VIP clients.
  • Strong business acumen and skill-set which enables the management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively sales skills and customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate to grow clients relationships
  • Advantage given to background as Retail Manager or Store Manager.

500K – 580K per annual

Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (HK & Taiwan) – A European Consumer Technology Brand

To cope with the recent expansion, our client, a European Consumer Technology Brand, is inviting an Assistant Visual Merchandising Managers to lead the visual merchandising function for the Hong Kong and Taiwan Market.

This consumer brand with strong technology approach offers great support to the Visual Merchandising Team, so you will be fully supported and gain strong VM exposure in the Asia market.

Responsibilities:

  • To create an inviting, visually appealing environment for the customer's shopping pleasure
  • Create, maintain and update store and window displays in a both store-in-store and stand alone environment.
  • Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at Corporate level
  • To ensure VM strategy is in line with global strategy and yet with room for creativity.
  • To communicate with Head Quarter
  • To provide VM training to frontline staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of solid VM experience from any multinational retail companies.
  • Degree holder in fine arts is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in colors coordination, patterns, and floor-sets
  • Strong passion in studying consumer market / VM trend.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. (Written and spoken)

Annual salary: HK$ 460K – 540K

Regional Training Manager – Consumer Technology Brand

Our client a global consumer technology brand, is inviting a Regional Training Manager to lead the Sales Training function for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.

You will be responsible to design and formulate the sales training strategy and work closely with Sales Heads in each country in delivering sales training.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead country sales training initiatives in close working relationship with the distributors and retailers in each country.
  • Identification of training needs and designing relevant modules, activities, and tools to ensure a consistent and professional approach across with the aim of increasing standards of sales performance.
  • Work closely with sales team leaders to improve their ability to coach sales team in the field and manage performance.
  • Project management and delivery of country specific sales activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
