Digital Marketing Manager – Cross-border, Global Beauty Brand

Our client, a Global Beauty Brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, to drive the Cross-border eCommerce/CRM/Digital Innovation

This is a Famous Global Beauty brand with major market share in the Cross-border market.  


 

You will

  • Be the No. 1 person to be in charge of authoring and formulating all Cross-boarder/eCommerce activities (including EC content management, eCommerce strategy, content maximization, social channels & other marketing collaterals management) to enhance brand positioning in China and drive performance
  • As the Leader and main driver, you will partner with other teams to synergize and align all initiatives with team head from sales, finance, logistics, etc.
  • To manage digital/eCommerce agencies on developing creatives and systems.


You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration, marketing, communications, eCommerce, business
  • At least 6 years of 8+ years of leadership experiences in cross-border business from beauty, skin care, personal care, FMCG, luxury and other retail-related brands.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin
  • You must be good at number and data analysis.
  • Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Annual salary 660K – 700K

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a highly-motivated team dedicated to digital marketing online sales with a brand owned website (dotcom).
  • You will lead and partner with the sales team to explore sales opportunities and promotion alignment.
  • Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies that achieve best in class results.


Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience in Hong Kong. Particularly experience in consumer products such as Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home appliances, etc.

  • To supervise the Visual Merchandising team on displays

Security Manager – Facilities Management

Our client, a Listed Company with with facilities in multiple locations, is seeking a Security Manager to manage a team of Professional security guards, supervisor and Assistant Managers.
 
 
You will: 
  • Report to Security Director, you will manage a number of facilities 
  • Develop security a security team of Guards by managing your Assistant Managers and Supervisos.
  • Develop your team and allocate manpowers
  • Formulate security standard across sites; including SOP, training and etc
  • Identify potential risk, develop measures to tackle the issues and minimize risks
  • Liaise and coordinate with local authorities / law enforcement agencies on security management
  • Ensure the compliance with all relevant Company polices and Security Company Licence related regulations
You are:
  • Degree holder in Security Management, Property Management or a related discipline is preferred. Non-degree graduate having at least 10 years of relevant working experience will also be considered.
