Key Account Manager - Global Beverage Brand

Our client, a global Beverage Brand is inviting a Key Account Manager to lead an individual key chain: supermarket / CVS in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Part of an account owner of a major key chain, set strategic Direction
  • Closely work with Senior management of designated accounts and ensure appropriate contact with relevant Resources are being carried out
  • Work closely with trade marketing team and marketing team to leverage shopper insights and build them in Trade activation and Marketing Plans
  • To build robust forecast plans to impact business for the chains
  • Ensure all Existing products and New products get appropriate shelf space minimizing out of stock
  • Work with trade marketing team to build merchandising tools linked to brand initiatives driving key agenda of key sales points
  • Driving commercially profitable growth model


Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years in handling Key Accounts
  • Experience from consumer health, infant formula, food & beverage, cosmetics, household products, etc.
  • Data Analysis, Negotiation skills, Influencing skills, Networking, good interpersonal relations, excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English


580K – 600K per annual

Our client, a Listed Tech Company in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead a team of Management Accounting, AR/AP, Consolidation, Credit Control, Taxation, internal control, etc.


 

You will:

  • Manage a team of 10: Management Accounting, AR/AP, Consolidation & Reporting, Credit Control, Taxation, internal control, etc.
  • To provide insightful management accounting / financial analysis for senior management decision making.
  • Maintain effective internal control and compliance with rules and regulations
  • AR and AP operation plus credit control assessment
  • Driver of internal control and compliance
  • Change management: to provide expertise and advices on enhancement and process changes
  • To partner with Tax Advisers on tax issues.
  • Liaise with external auditor and bankers


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in accounting and CPA qualification
  • More than 10 years’ relevant work experience, must have experience from Hong Kong Listed Companies
  • Preferably background from IT, Telecommunication, property industries.
  • Experience in telecom or property development is an asset
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Leadership experience.

Our client, a Beverage Company in Hong Kong is seeking an Ecommerce/Consumer Engagement Manager

This is a No. 1 Beverage company in Hong Kong in Beer and Alcoholic Brands.

This is a team management position to drive eCommerce, digital marketing and Consumer Engagement.


 

You will:

  • Set and deliver roadmaps encompassing digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, online tools and ensure brands have the best consumer focused digital comms and loyalty building programs.
  • Plan and execute the digital channels to achieve best-in-class 360-degree marketing campaigns, drive-to-store and brand awareness campaigns
  • Build & execute a roadmap for CRM - maximising owned channels with a core focus on activation, acquisition, driving growth and revenue.
  • Conceptualise, manage and execute the brand’s loyalty program and activity calendar


You are:

  • Minimum 8 years Digital marketing experience within with FMCG brands from similar categories (food, drink, retail, ecommerce)
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • Solid experience in eCommerce and CRM.
  • Be highly fluent in CRM & digital analytics , with direct experience in working with key consumer metrics; retention, frequency & spend & be able to show how you have positively impacted these during your career.
  • Have a proven track record working with a variety of CRM programmes which target new, existing and loyal customers.
  • Proven experience in launching commercially successful CRM programmes
  • End-to-end email campaign experience from brief, email build, segmentation through to deployment.
  • Understanding segmentation and profiling of customer databases to create targeted campaigns which are constantly monitored and adapted as required to drive brand engagement, loyalty, revenue and retention.


You will directly report to the managing director and enjoy high level of autonomy.

Annual Salary: 800K
