IT Business Analyst – Solutions Provider

Our client, a Global IT Solution Provider, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the IT Team.
 
You will bridge between IT users and development team.  To identify internal team on IT user requirements. 
 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Partnership with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the development team.
  • Manage software vendors on various systems development, testing, deployment, and support
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in IT related disciplines. At least 1 year of IT Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in system requirement collection and analysis, functional design, system testing, and system deployment
  • Experience or knowledge in MS Excel functions and macro application, knowing VBA is a plus
  • Multi-cultural environment.  Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

Medical Marketing Manager – US Listed Consumer Medical Brand

Our client, a Listed US Consumer Medical Brand, is seeking a Medical Marketing Manager to lead the medical professional marketing function for the brand.

This is a trusted consumer medical brand backed up by research and results.

Your main objective is to market the brand to potential customers through medical event, endorsement from Key Opinion Leaders and medical professionals.  
This is a No.1 player in the consumer medical sector, so you will gain solid marketing exposure in a stable business environment.  


 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Head Of Marketing
  • Team management
  • To develop medical marketing strategy for medical events, member events, clinics to gain product exposure and acquire new customers.
  • To partner with the medical professional community and association. To identify branding opportunity.  So you path the way for consumer marketing team to gain endorsement and support.
  • Act as a key advisor to team members and internal stakeholder on professional marketing
  • To lead event strategy and direction, identify the best events for potential consumers.
  • To formulate partnership with KOL.


Requirements:

  • University degree in science/biology is an advantage
  • At least 8 years of marketing, particularly in medical professional marketing.
  • Strong connection with medical professionals: GP, Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Pediatrician, etc.
  • You must have experience with: Over-The-Counter drugs, infant products, pharmaceutical, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis and event management
  • Team player that enjoys collaborating with internal, external partners, KOL, medical professionals and event agency.
  • This is a management position.

 

900K – 1M per annual

Our client, a US Listed Healthcare brand, is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to head up the digital initiative for this Market No. 1 Brand.
 
This position will work with the manager to assist in developing & executing online/multi-channel marketing plans and support the day-to-day monitoring & management of the various digital channels that support overall brand strategy, provide return on investment and drive profitable growth
 
 
You will:
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to sustain and grow the business through all digital marketing platforms and initiatives - i.e. google analytics, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, social media (organic & paid), influencers/bloggers, search engine optimization (SEO), CRM/email, acquisition, online marketing partnerships, third party retailer sites, etc
  • To develop and execute online/multi-channel digital marketing plans and initiatives for the e-commerce site based on overall brand strategy and ROI; and support online third party retailer sites.
  • Provide analysis/recommendations for optimization on the various digital marketing channel programs
  • This includes researching and reviewing influencer/blogger partnerships and outreach opportunities, as well as, tracking placements/coverage results
 
You are:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in related field
  • At least 3 years of experience from digital marketing position: in-house or digital agency.  Particularly experience in beauty, personal care, infant formula, nutritional products, etc.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) competence is essential
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Digital Platforms (i.e, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Google Analytics) Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Able to multi-task numerous projects and work independently in a fast-pace environment
  • Must be proactive, results-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized
