- Job Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Lead – Personal Care Product Brand
- Location: Hong Kong
Our client, a No.1 Personal Care Brand, is seeking a talented and seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to own the full life-cycle recruitment process and manage the recruitment process for Hong Kong + Asia Pacific. This includes sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the interview process and as the subject matter expert, provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices.
In this role, you will build a trusted strategic advisor relationship with management which includes, understanding their line of business, culture and talent needs.
- Conducting research to identify and cultivate candidates that enables our ability to effectively scale the way we hire and develop the best
- Creating unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time
- Own, manage and communicate key reporting metrics such as time to fill, sourcing channel, retention rate to senior leadership teams.
- Recruit top talent and help leaders build best in class teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 7 years of in house recruitment or search firm with a focus on consumer products, retail, cosmetics, etc.
- Solid skills in advising and influencing management team
- Regional recruitment experience is an advantage.
550K – 640K per annual
