  • Job Title: Regional Consumer Insight Manager – Global Food & Beverage Brand
  • Location: Hong Kong

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of regional market research plans within a number one Global Food and Beverage Brand. 

You will play an important role to the Management teams in interpreting market research results and contributing to action plans by driving specific research and analytical projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus, involvement, and consumer leadership in all business planning & execution, regional innovation pipeline, and reviewing business objectives for Asia Pacific.
  • To develop, manage, and execute research plans to support the national business strategy of the brands and market
  • Share and aid understanding of consumer learning and within the Marketing management team through collation and communication of consumer and shopper insights as well as relevant learning from other markets
  • Discuss consumer understanding needs with marketing management and recommend concrete research plans, methodologies, and key decision criteria and then lead the implementation of the actual research to meet those needs for assigned categories
  • Bring best in class communication effectiveness support. Provide input and feedback to creative briefs and copy development for TV and digital; recommend & execute appropriate research plans to explore and validate creative
  • In partnership with Marketing team, develop, screen and scale tactical brand-building initiatives that will drive brand penetration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science or engineering.
  • You have at least 5 years of either qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies.
  • Strong consumer insight background and a passion for this field. Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale research and budgets including: shopper research, local market activation research, deep understanding of retail data, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, consumer closeness, concept/product development,
  • Ability to communicate and present senior management.

600K – 720K per annual
