- Job Title: Customer Service Manager – Call Center for a US Medical Brand
- Location: Hong Kong
Our client a US medical care brand is inviting a Customer Service Manager to lead the Call Center Operation and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver excellent customer service and assistance to customers who are engaged with the products.
You will drive the team to provide customer care and nutritional expertise to customers. It is a great exposure for candidates who have strong experience to manage a Call Center from industry such as pharmaceutical, health supplement, infant formula, cosmetics, personal care or insurance.
- To manage a Call Center with a team of Customer Representatives.
- To develop strategy and program to enhance efficiency Center operation.
- To formulate system that keeps the highest quality of data, customer feedback and reports.
- To identify training needs, develop program and deliver the best training that targets to enhance service standard.
- To develop policy that handle complaints.
- At least 8 years of managing customer services or call center operation experience from industry such as: pharmaceutical, health supplement, infant formula, cosmetics, personal care or insurance.
- Degree holder is a strong preference
- Solid experience to develop strategy and direction for call center, customer service team and able to develop and deliver training to enhance service standard.
- Strong knowledge in call center system, able to work with vendor on system development.
580K – 650K per annual
