- Being a team head, you will drive strategies and plan to reach business objectives by enhancing sales and inventory management.
- Manage the Profit & Loss of the division
- Formulate annual and seasonal business plans with retail targets

Senior Regional Product Manager – European Homecare Brand
Hong Kong
Our client for this position is a very fast growing European Homecare Brand, in an active process of expanding businesses and building the brand positioning in the Asia Pacific. The company is setting up an aggressive way with a digital touch to expand the brand throughout the Asia Pacific Market.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Regional Marketing Director, an expatriate from Europe.
- To establish values, position, philosophy of the brand as a No.1 choice of homecare in the Asia Pacific Market: Hong Kong, Australia, , etc.
- To drive product development through consumer insight and study, to identify product assortment and product mix to best the Asia.
- To work with marketing head from countries in Asia
- Prepare and manage the yearly marketing plan for the company for the entire Americas region
- Ensure the quality of the brand is constantly improving
- Prepare and coordinate launches in the Asian market
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 8 years of marketing experience in consumer market, homecare, personal care, cosmetics, food, beverages.
- Experience in the Asia Pacific market.
- Strong experience in consumer insight, product development and experience in ATL and BTL.
- CRM, Digital skills are advantages.
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills: English. Chinese is a plus but not a must.
- Travel and exposure to other Asia markets.
1M – 1.2M per annual
