Demand Planning Manager – Global Retail/Beauty Brand

Our client, a Global Beauty Brand with strong market share in Hong Kong and is coping with the rising demand in retail, particularly in beauty, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager.  
 
It is an exciting and challenging senior position for demand planning professional to help the company to satisfy customers’ demand as well as your own career path.
 
 
You will:
  • Being a team head, you will drive strategies and plan to reach business objectives by enhancing sales and inventory management.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss of the division 
  • Formulate annual and seasonal business plans with retail targets 
  • Conduct in depth data analysis, review and manage sales performance and expense in order to identify potential business opportunities and risk.  
  • Formulate accurate forecast models using market trends, demand assumption and demand. Ensure forecast accuracy and performance meet KPIs.
  • Partnership with marketing & Sales Team to ensure forecast accurately reflects new product launches and changes in existing products.
  • Provide business analysis, market research and market intelligence studies
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
 
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • Degree holder in business administration, mathematics, engineering, and other relevant subjects.  
  • At least 5 years of solid demand planning, inventory management, forecast position.  With strong skills in business analysis.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (Spoken and Written)

Our client, a prestigious British School up to grade 8, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives particularly in event management.
 
You will lead a small professional marketing team to develop marketing campaign and events for reach out to parents and recruit students.
 
You report to the Head of Marketing & Admission and drive planning and implementing effective marketing communications to potential parents through both online and offline marketing. 
 
Provide marketing support to all event management such as school fair (HK + PRC), open days, or other events.
 
Drive advertisements and promotion in all channels: social network, education media/education network, website, etc.
 
 
You are:
  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in business administration.

To apply, you need to be in the FMCG business for at least 10 years and is currently an Assistant Marketing Manager with solid leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • To lead a small team of well experienced marketing professionals to manage the category by giving insight, direction, leadership, training and support.

Senior Regional Product Manager – European Homecare Brand

Our client for this position is a very fast growing European Homecare Brand, in an active process of expanding businesses and building the brand positioning in the Asia Pacific. The company is setting up an aggressive way with a digital touch to expand the brand throughout the Asia Pacific Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional Marketing Director, an expatriate from Europe.
  • To establish values, position, philosophy of the brand as a No.1 choice of homecare in the Asia Pacific Market: Hong Kong, Australia, , etc.
  • To drive product development through consumer insight and study, to identify product assortment and product mix to best the Asia.
  • To work with marketing head from countries in Asia
  • Prepare and manage the yearly marketing plan for the company for the entire Americas region
  • Ensure the quality of the brand is constantly improving
  • Prepare and coordinate launches in the Asian market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience in consumer market, homecare, personal care, cosmetics, food, beverages.
  • Experience in the Asia Pacific market.
  • Strong experience in consumer insight, product development and experience in ATL and BTL. 
  • CRM, Digital skills are advantages.
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: English.  Chinese is a plus but not a must.
  • Travel and exposure to other Asia markets.
