Our client, a US Listed Pharmaceutical Brand, is seeking a Tender Manager to head up the tender / bidding channel.  Enable market access and perform strategic management of the tender business in Hong Kong.

 

You will:

  • Assess Tender Landscape, policy and regulatory requirements
  • Manage key external stakeholders to shape the tender market
  • Identify full scope of tender opportunities including new products introduction & new channel expansion.
  • Structure market access strategy for tenders at all levels.
  • Drive pricing strategy to maximize win rate and optimize profitability.  
  • Manage and utilize data for tender tracking


You are:

  • Degree in science, health science, business administration or medical studies
  • At least 3 years of tender contracting/commercial/sales/marketing in medical sector
  • Strong in analytical mind to resolve business challenges
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.

Our client, a US Food & Beverage Brand is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to drive branding initiatives for the Hong Kong market.

It is an opportunity for a candidate who has at least 4 years of FMCG experience in marketing.  Advantage is given to candidate with experience in Food & Beverage, Confectionary, Dairy Products, etc.

It is the No. 1 player in the Food & Beverage community around the globe.  You will gain strong exposure in overseeing the whole Marketing function for Hong Kong market.  With managerial responsibilities to supervise a small team of marketing professionals, advantage is given to candidates with managerial experience.  


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies

  • To analyze sales data (data from research agencies), identify potential opportunities and develop targeted trade marketing strategy
  • To partner with supermarket chains, CVS, Ecommerce channels, Japanese Stores, etc to formulate strategic partnership.  
  • To formulate promotion plans & programs, specifically for targeted customers
  • To provide space management presentation, and solution for gain volume and share objectives
