Facility Manager, Data Center Operation

Hong Kong

A Data Center is seeking a Facility Manager. You will supervise a team of Facility Management on day-to-day operation and maintenance on E&M.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Lead and manage a team of Facility Management on day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance work
  • Drive E&M improvement plan.
  • Supervise and partner with vendors and clients on scheduling and implementing project.
  • Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
  • Prepare approval formation to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
  • Maintain ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 QEMS System for data centre operation
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experiences in Building Electrical and/or MVAC Operations and Maintenance
  • Experiences in change / incident management
  • Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit, LV switchboards and CRACs
  • Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
  • Data center operations experiences will be an advantage
  • Team management is a must
700K – 800K per annual

Project Manager – Facility Management, Data Center Operation

Our client, a No. 1 Data Center Management company in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager – Facility Management.

This is an excellent opportunity for Assistant Project Manager with strong data center experience to step up and work in a large scale data center operation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To drive and oversee data center projects to partner with internal and external vendor to ensure completion: time, budget, standard and regulation.
  • Lead by example setting the required standards of behaviour and conduct for the project 
    Communicate the project strategy & programme with the project team ensuring the objectives are met and understood 
    Liaise with the procurement lead, drive and manage the process and progress tenders through to construction 
  • Drive and manage procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects, coordinate with all vendors and internal teams ideas.
  • To monitor procurement procedure and evaluate recommendations by appointed project management company
  • Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred 
  • Solid experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience in Data Centre design and construction will be an advantage
  • Advantage is given to experience with Hong Kong Environment Ordinance is preferred
  • Assistant Project Manager may be considered for less experience candidate but with the potential. 

550K – 700K per annual

Sales Manager – General Trade Global FMCG Brand
