Report to the team leader, you will:
 
1. To assist in Client On-Boarding process, including liaison with Sales team, documentation preparation and other related transactions.
2. To perform client servicing activities such as transaction processing, record keeping and reporting.
3. To support Senior Client Services Manager in Annual Review with Trust clients and prepare / update related documentation.
4. To prepare documentation for new asset injection.
 
You are:
Preferably University Degree
At least 1 year of customer service experience with financial industry such as trust, fund, insurance.
Familiar working with high net worth individual customers.
MS Office 
Location: WanChai
Office hour: 0830 – 1730
 
20K – 25K per month

This a position provides strong exposure in Marketing Communication and Media exposure.  You will be the sole copy writer (Chinese & English) of the company, to provide professional marketing content for online / offline channels and formulate partnership with media (newspaper, business channels, government contact, digital media, etc.)
