Maintenance Manager – HK Listed F&B Company

Our client, a HK Listed F&B Group with the ambition to expand beyond Hong Kong, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Assistant Manager, Administrator and Technicians.

This is an interesting position as this is an expanding F&B Group reaching out to Asia Pacific.

You will:

  • To complete request from restaurants with satisfactory results and in compliance with Company's Policies and Statutory Ordinances
  • Supervise a team of technicians as well as contractors to provide guidance and ensure quality work is done.
  • Select qualified vendors and produce a vendor list.
  • To develop all maintenance activities are conducted based on company’s safety standard.
  • Formulate strategies and policies for the team.  
  • Partnership with branding team on marketing initiatives and

You are:

  • Degree or at least Higher Diploma in Engineering or Building Services
  • At least 7 years of maintenance (4 years of supervisory experience) in F&B or Food retail industry.  
  • Experience in Properties / facilities Management is an advantage.
  • Holder of Grade A Registered Electrical Worker will be an advantage but not a must
  • A strong leader to manage a large team of supervisors, technicians and contractors.  
  • Able to operate Microsoft software applications.

  • Listen and develop a deep understanding of Hong Kong consumers and generate new insights. Ensure local resonance and global consistency of the brand.
  • Define the brand action plan to drive awareness & growth and build vision / expansion model
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the brands and activate the right launches / campaigns to achieve the objectives.
  • Collaborate strongly with Digital / E-comm and E-retail teams to accelerate online visibility & engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience preferably within a consumer driven and FMCG environment (beauty, skin care, personal care, home care, etc).  Minimum of 3 years.
  • Degree holder in any discipline

Product Manager – A US Nutrition Brand

Assistant FP&A Manager -

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Consumer Health Brand, to cope with the is seeking an Assistant FP&A Manager, to supervise 1 FP&A Analyst and support the Manager:

 

You will:

  • Partner with different departments to identify key drivers in financial performance and business excellence.
  • Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis process in rolling financial planning cycle for the business unit, consolidate financial result and forecast input to the management reporting system
  • Drive financial analysis and give advice for the management team making vital decisions.
  • To identify improvements, you will formulate sales analysis, costing & profitability analysis, and others.
  • ERP Systems, to provide support in development and implementation.


You are:

  • Degree holder in business administration, finance, accounting or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of FP&A experience from the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Preference is given to experience in SAP or Power BI
  • Potential to move up to manager level and more management responsibilities.
