As the 2nd tier support, you will provide expertise and support on

- Support on network and system.

You will:

You will:
- Partner with the media and support with the direct communication with the press.
- Anticipate and manage issues and create issues management plans and strategies.
- Lead social engagement strategy execution, coordinate with community and social media team and ensure some compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands, working with agency partners.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, communication, language, or other relevant subjects

- Solid experience to modify and adapt material from headquarter and fully utilize for Hong Kong market. Ability to find challenges and creativity in adaptation.
- Strong written skills in both Chinese and English
- Preference to work in a multicultural environment.

Our client, a European Technology Brand, is seeking an eCommerce Manager to run the online sales on company’s website as well as eMarketplaces in both Hong Kong and Taiwan.
This is an opportunity for eCommerce Professionals with at least 3 years of online sales experience from product such as computer, gadgets, home appliances, consumer tech, beauty and such, to join a European Brand.
This brand is investing heavily to develop eCommerce sector.
You will:
- Develop the merchandising strategy and promotion for online store and eMarkeplaces. Identify crucial point in the consumer journey that hits consumers to promote sales
- Formulate process and schedule on the merchandising calendar that drive sales and partner with other teams in order to impact consumers
- To identify potential partners, such as retailers and other brands to formulate promotion campaign
- To work with marketing team to provide expertise on insight in online sales and guide them to develop relevant marketing campaigns.
