Senior Financial Manager / Financial Controller – US FMCG Company

This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to work at an iconic FMCG brand.  The Senior Financial Manager / Financial Controller plays a leadership role in growing the business through strategic analysis, financial and strategic planning and proactive and comprehensive recommendations to General Manager.

You will have high visibility to senior leadership, directly contribute to the analyses driving decision-making across the business and regularly collaborate on projects with multiple departments, including sales & marketing, supply chain and information technology. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial team on total financial operation and financial Business Partnering.
  • As the financial Business Partner, to provide advice to General Manager HK and US Headquarter from financial perspective.
  • Support and analyze financial forecasting processes for the P&L activities
  • To identify opportunities to optimize opportunity
  • To partner with sales team to formulate sales analysis
  • Cross departmental projects such inventory management and sales performance, pricing analysis, cost of sales, marketing and promotional reviews.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis.  
  • Preferably with experience from any global food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical service, equipment companies, over-the-counter drugs, etc.
  • A potential leader with vision and able to drive and inspire.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills plus an ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Assistant Key Account Manager - Global Consumer Brand

Our client, a global Food & Beverage brand is inviting an Assistant Key Account Manager to lead an individual key chain: supermarket / drug store in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Part of an account owner of a major key chain, set strategic Direction
  • Closely work with Senior management of designated accounts and ensure appropriate contact with relevant Resources are being carried out
  • Work closely with trade marketing team and marketing team to leverage shopper insights and build them in Trade activation and Marketing Plans
  • To build robust forecast plans to impact business for the chains
  • Ensure all Existing products and New products get appropriate shelf space minimizing out of stock
  • Work with trade marketing team to build merchandising tools linked to brand initiatives driving key agenda of key sales points
  • Driving commercially profitable growth model

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years in handling Key Accounts
  • At least 3 years of FMCG Brands, such as food & beverage, personal care, infant formula, OTC, etc.
  • Experience from consumer health, infant formula, food & beverage, cosmetics, household products, etc.
  • Data Analysis, Negotiation skills, Influencing skills, Networking, good interpersonal relations, excellent communication skills

550K – 600K per annual
